Feedback Farmerama - Game and Features

For me too. Still dealing with lagging of a few seconds per action on the farm. Tried several browsers, and I can't try the client, because linux. And it's not linux because it worked fast before.

I'm glad all the attacks apparently stopped...? Perhaps their solution against the attacks now makes for some lag. If that's the case I'll be shutting up real fast.

 

Thank you for the unexpected (and very welcome) visit from the Carnival Queen. I don't know what the motive for including it in an already busy schedule but it was a pleasant surprise, for me anyway.

I think the Queen is throwing much better and there is no need to dash from side to side, just wait for the treats to land in the basket and slowly go along the left for the final bits and bobs.
Thumbs up for the extra bit of fun.

I absolutely loved the carnival queen, even if I saw the quest too late. (dumped in the crops on the last tier, and then didn't make the drops, so i missed out on the millions.
It was so much fun, catching goodies! This still is my absolute favorite game.

Also loving the summer calendar.

I did miss out on the first part of the farm cup, and I don't see a way to re-earn those red tokens, so no first cloud row for me, but I did get the second one It was also nice to catch some pearls in fishing, as I had not realized I needed them to open the cloud row and had spent them on the shop goodies instead first. (silly me, chaotic me)

I also LOVE the fishing game. Simple, no time constraints, and very enjoyable.

Buccaneer Season, Step 39: A Pelican Nest!

I see there was an adjustment (I didn't catch the original prize) but, if memory serves, we have had three different new (main farm) animals since Pelicans, two of which have featured in Season events (Moufflon, Chipmonk and Goliath Beetle). Pelican has already been a Step 39 prize, I am sure. One of the motivations for doing the Season event for me is to have the chance to win a newer animal.
I am a little disappointed.

 

I always do the Season and just bought the Season Pass - then checked out rewards, and like you, am disappointed with the Pelican Nest - don't remember where/when I got it - maybe a Season reward, but the Tupelo tree for the Pass side is appreciated, as is a chance to get a new critter with the Wonder stables. (fingers crossed!)

 

I am also very disappointed in the pelican reward in step 39. I always look forward to getting one of the newer animals and trees. Seems like time for the capybara! I have never had more than one of the awarded animal, and I already have 10 pelicans! The seasons require a lot of resources and step 39 awards are the primary motivation to participate (and buy the pass). I hope this was a mistake that BP will fix!

 

The summer calendar seems to have some issues. There have been multiple prizes that I thought I clicked open but it never registered, or something, and some prizes are occasionally visible and sometimes not.

 

We shouldn't have two different items named "piggy bank."

 

I just opened my wonder trees on the mainland on sewinglady's farm (level 249). I did NOT receive any XXL Maple Trees! None. Zip. Nada. NO maple trees!

I don't know what the game team has done, but I think I need to bake them something nice and send it to them... do y'all think Schwarzwalderkirschtorte will make to Germany if shipped from Montana? Probably not. So, instead virtual hugs all around. (fewer calories, too!)

I think it is time to do something about the mill. The main mill is overwhelmed. Time to get another mill to devote to Power Feed so we can manage to mill something besides PF. Might be time for a mill just for Moonlight stables and workshops.

 

Yes Please! to an extra main mil. Perhaps the main mill can just make two rows of slots at once? An extra row of three slots, and those two then be made at the same time... A mill can drive more than one milling stone.

Also... Did anyone figure out if the blue woolly coins that buy the +1 harvest in fuzzles goods shop are immediately activated, or if they end up in the barn for later use? I can't figure it out without spending them, so far.

 

Another disappointing Season event and one I will be skipping again.

 

Do you mean the Beach Resort Season? For me I love that it offers the Candlenut tree when completing lvl 39 of basic season, and a Goliath Beetle at lvl 39 on the Season Pass side. I've not been lucky in getting either of these rewards from Wonder trees/stables, and need for quests, so I'm eagerly awaiting the beginning and prepping my inventory

That's another issue, MeadowCrossing, the ratio of the newest things from Wonder Trees/Stables is pretty poor. I have in the past bought the 30+ Trees/Stables to ensure I get at least one of the new items - and usually that is all I get among the plethora of Yellow and common stables.

If you have finished the FSQs, you need to go to the Finished Quests (the tick at the bottom of the category list).

 

Alas, Illy, I, too, don't get any special critters/trees from Wonder items these days. No matter how many potential Goliath Beetle wonder stables I set out, zip, nada, zilch - not a one! I won't spend for the 30 wonder stables with one guaranteed item, so do a happy dance when I see something offered in the Season. Two of my friends mentioned this Season Pass offers 120 season points vs the former 90. Now, if someone does the math and assures us the points needed to level up were also not increased

 

I have had a spectacular weekend, for me, with regard to Wonder Trees/Stables - not buying the pack but buying batches of ten Wonder Stables hooked me a Quetzal and the four Wonder Trees I purchased from the current event gave me two of the new mainland trees just to prove me a fibber! I'll take those but wish the ratio for a new critter wasn't 1:30 (this time round anyway).

It is why I would have skipped an event in the past if all that is offered is the "chance" for something good - the disappointment just wasn't worth all the hard work but then, as was proven to me, if you don't try, you definitely won't get the breaks!

Now I have ticked off one of my personal challenges (completing all the FSQS), I will probably do most events just for the fun of it. After all, why do we all play this game, cos we love it with all its warts 'n' all!
