I would love to be able to 'grow powerfeed' so to be able to grow a crop that saves powerfeed is, in my opinion, a good crop to grow. I spend so much time wondering if I am going to have to buy powerfeed for the next breeding event, that, to me, it is a 'no-brainer' to grow kenaf.

Using the kenaf to awake all the animals will keep you on your toes, the fact that you need more of them than the Coin purse! That means more harvests, so delaying the training of your animals = cutting it close to the end of the event. I'm team power feed all the way! ;)
I'd be using comfort fields for the kenaf all the time to make sure to take advantage of the slightly higher harvest numbers.

I have taken out kenaf out of rainforest , as bananas and pineapples are needed to mill sack of fruit

As you can win Powerfeed from Lootable Rewards , these powerfeed help you awake these Animals ;):p

I am never short of Power Feeds, I been hoarding them over the years, Therefore I have no need to buy Power Feeds, Because I hardly miss events that gives Power Feeds, I no need to mill Power Feed either just takes too long to my liking

I Mill to stock up animal feed as we cannot get enough animal feed some does take a while to mill, what motivate me to keep Mill going is I am able to have instant Animals , also it really helps with critters harvest boosters :D:D

Good Luck with this event every one also well our Dutch Forum members ;);)

To Powerfeed, or not to Powerfeed,
    That is the question
Whether 'tis nobler to grow and throw
    Could we Both be right?
    From me, "Goodnight!"

I like that there is an option between event crops and using power feed as players can choose which is best for them or even a blend between the 2.

For me, I would choose to grow the kenaf along with the main crop until I was done with the main crop and then switch to PF instead of growing the last few thousand kenaf. It would not be an equal amount of both as the Rainforest has less plots than mainland. This would allow me to mitigate how much PF is used while also not being held up waiting for the milled item.

I'm weird - I use both the sacks of fruit AND powerfeed - use the sacks as much as possible, use powerfeed when I run out.

PS: only sewinglady's farm and this farm (PrairieMaiden23) are doing this event. The rest of my farms are fallow at the moment.

We have returned home from our adventure in the Idaho panhandle and eastern Washington. It was a lot of fun. Weather was beautiful the whole week.

This time the wheel was generous to me: 2 bonuses :inlove: This + PF = event concluded ;)
Only while doing the event i realized the time for training the animals was reduced from other editions :D

    Hope everyone reach their goals.

I prefer to plant kenaf. I will save it for PF breeding. Since the animals are increasing, my mill is constantly working for them, so it does not have time to produce PF. This time, I want to finish the event without rushing and you need to put the donors in the field first and collect the rewards, otherwise it will not settle in the clouds. A little reminder, good luck to everyone.

I have all 4 giver items. Now working to get enough coins for the CR.

I had 1000's of mangoes so maxed out all four animals even though the game doesn't require it.
I use PF to wake up the animals giving me the opportunity to keep Baharama free for other tasks.

but 100% done, so give drop-gifts to other farmers!

I completed the activity by grinding the fruit sacks with great patience, without using any PF. I have done this activity before and finished it using many PFs. It was nice to play this way this time. Good luck to those who continue and congratulations to the farmers who finished.

    Sweet kitty.. :inlove:

But that's the great thing about the game, you can play it the way that suits you best....

If I did the season I would complete the event because it rewarded around 3000 season points...

Maybe for piccolo... but there is enough.... [IMG]

And goals...goals.... goals... but no time...

Don't forget that even if you don't do the Season you still get some coins to spend in the season shop by doing this event. I never do the Season, but do use the points up. Nearly finished this, just waiting for the ornaments to finish on the fields.

All done on this farm and sewinglady's. Givers are out and cleaned out the star coin shop. Woot!

PS: don't forget to fill your breeding hut before the end of discount day!
