"The Feathered Cat" Weekend Quests

Count me in too! Even though I have it written down, I only mentally saw "Weekend" and forgot it started Friday. I kept telling myself it started Saturday. I also have stables on the plantation and have plans with my daughter all afternoon as I was certain I was missing nothing on the farm.

 

If you have enough SG and SSG, go for CF once you have enough starter seeds - just under five harvests needed and this should be possible if you add in water and manure.

 

Thanks for the suggestion. I went ahead and started my seeds at the edges of the stables. Not ideal as they are 1x1 instead of 2x2 but at least they are started rather than waiting several hours for the stables to be ready.

Time for some breakfast...maybe that will help clear my cobwebs

 

I am done with "Weekend Quest 2" including the Timed Devils Claw part! I was lucky enough to have a 100% plus for 24 hours running, so using green water, water and manure, on all crops I was able to complete it pretty fast. Good luck everyone and I hope you reach your goals! This event started @10:00 which is 4am my time and I just happened to be awake!

 

I forgot about this weekend quest as well. Did it start up again yesterday? I was unable to login all day yesterday due to being blocked by the technical error.

*Edit: I think I should make it in time to finish, the wheel was semi kind.

 

I was able to do (start) the Quest at 10:00,CET, 4am my USA time . I also got blocked later in the day for over 5 hours due to some kind of tech problem. Thankful "they" were able to figure it out and get us back into the game! A big Thank you, for that!

 

Finished the second weekend quest after being blocked for almost 12h yesterday too. It seems like players were launching DDoS attack like requests when trying to login. I didn't what to get behing on the events going on so I used a 100% in diamond slot and 100% crops in the gold one. That was scary for a while not being able to access the game nor the forum...

 

I managed to complete the second weekend quest and was very fortunate not to have any downtime. Hope everyone is able to continue to play without further issues. Good luck to all!

 

I have my last lot of crops in, completed the timed part yesterday so will be finished by lunch time.

HI I have done this weekend quest , I almost forgot about lol, I have doubled check there isn't weekend quest next week which is strange , Summer quest III starts on 30th August Excavation Tool Drops , therefore need to place your longest crops on 29th August

We can unlock Cloud Row but need the last giver for Cloud Row doing Summer quest III, We need to grow 2060 Cumins during Timed Quest

Some of you may have to harvest these twice they are 2 hours 30 mins Other crop

Reminder for newbies: Always better to have one lot ready to harvest on as many fields as you can manage before setting off the timer.

Can anyone advise on which crops and/or strategy to get more excavation tools? I need 250 to get the last two givers and planted monstera monkey mask last night and this morning...wondering if I'll manage to get the needed drops as the timer shows only 28 more hours and I don't get up at night to harvest!

 

I planted lab-lab beans overnight as they are a 19 hour crop. I used a Tiki Timer and water to make them a little over 12 hours and got 166 excavation tools with morning harvest. Good luck! I hope you make it!

 

I have lablab-bean with tikimask, healing ointment and essence of wisdom and water. That gives good results and you can harvest it twice a day

 

Thanks, Pups and Enk52. I will take your advice and use lablab-bean now with those buffs. If I also use supergrow to shorten harvest during the day, does that reduce the number of drops?

Update: I completed the quest just before going to bed. Used CAC, magic potion, and a +1 Plant buff on Baha main and rainforest...then set the timer when ready to harvest.
