I have now played a total of 105 very fun mini games. I have reached 13,250 on the points side and reached my goal of getting the Quetzal Nest! Wooo whooI am so very happy! My new goal is to see if I can reach 15,000 points and get the ever elusive (for me) Goliath Beetle! Good luck everyone I hope the dice are rolling good for you!

I'm still working my way to the Howie Donut.

I've played 147 games/18,510 points. I'm thankful that the mini games are quick. I do like most events, but when they require such a large amount of mini games to complete it, it does begin to get tiresome.

I'm glad we have a +3 crop bonus for today's gift from Fuzzles.

I've run out of lucky dice so will have to mill at the full crop requirement. Fortunately, drops have not been an issue at all.

I have played 138 games and now have the Goliath Beetle! I have reached goal number 2!I am at 17,390 on points side and Piccolo Box is at 18,250 sooo that is my last and final goal! Time to harvest event crops! Good luck everyone

I'm in awe of so many of you finishing so fast! I'm 45 games into the task, my average after 30 games was 192 pts per game, now I'm down to 166 per game, so not looking great for the right hand side, but I'm well on track for my aim of cloud row plus givers, so I'm happy and the mini game is fun.

For getting a drop from the trees, in this case Lucky Dice, is it the same principle as crops? The longer the tree growing time the better? or is it based on EP amounts? or is there almost no difference anyways, so go for the XXL trees for the shorter harvest times instead of the 20/20+hr

 

Drops are tied to time whether it is crops or trees. The longer the duration, the better the chance of drops.

 

Also, it's linked to the amount it produces: a 2x2 plot as a better chance of getting a drop than a 1x1 plot. Using 200%/100% boosters and winning them on the spinning wheel will also help you get more drops per plot/tree.

 

Don´t forgot Your Season Toukens, I almost forgot! Under 7 hours now (07.00 CET).

Average 11 Gold Dice per 132 breedings, thas not a lot...

 

I believe there is no solid answer. I had mainly 12h XXL last night, there is still one arboretum with longer trees and two trees which were missing XXL upgrade and I got 24 golden dices, previous night I got some less. I have some increased drop bonuses.
I believe it is not just time, which matters. 12h trees suits me best, I have them at night and I grow event plant at daytime.

 

You can only get 1 drop of each type per plot such as tools, crafting ingredients, or event drops. You have a higher chance of getting a drop the more plots you have. If you have the field full of 2x2 plots, the maximum amount of drops is how many plots you have (different for mainland vs baha). Conversely, you increase your chances of drops with 1x1. Think of it like a lottery....if you have 44 2x2 plots, you can only get 44 event drops from that field. If you have 176 1x1 (I know the field has more but this is 44 x 4 to keep the analogy consistent), you have an increased chance of getting more than 44.

The 100% and 200% revenue bonuses only affect the harvest amount and not drops.

We all begin preparing our fields for an event with our longest crops or trees to give the best chance of drops with that initial harvest. After an event begins, you should use whatever suits your timeframe. If you can only harvest once a day, put in long base trees. If you can harvest twice a day, you can use XXL trees. There are a lot of factors that go into drops such as other cloud rows, the tree of wisdom trophies, Howie Donuts, any pets that increase drops, etc.

 

@puppiesnponies I agree with you and your post above. It is many things that determine how many drops
we get and from what! Just my opinion!
I have now finished this event reaching 19,500 on the "Points side" and I did get the Piccolo box and a few other prizes too!
