Yes, until now we've mostly seen level 7 breeding animals in pink and neon stable upgrades.

Sophisticated Tiger is level 6 coloured animal.

We've seen in Anaconda and Cuckoo neon upgrades before.
In the neon stable upgrade, completely different animals were used.

So, I don't think it makes any sense.

Neon stables require level 8 coloured animals to build. I don't think that's going to change. But...

But that's BP.... so they can do whatever they want.

It looks really interesting. The first point about a month of fear is, in my opinion, either an announcement of the opening of the full moon zone for the entire month or a Halloween calendar or both.
