There are great diffenrences in the faqs
I posted one in an other post
But the prices are way different for solving the puzzle not the puzzle pieces
    https://board-de.farmerama.com/threads/feedback-gesprächsrunde-zum-event-spieleabend-in-der-gruft-ii.123832/page-4#post-6080308

I think the germans are right
And the english posted an older picture of the faq

edit all of a sudden is the picture changes in may be the correct one
the first one was this one

~edit~ chart removed to avoid player confusion as correct chart is in FAQ

I rely on the faq to be correct and it stil is not btw
it stil says 2 solved puzzles

Thanks Miekje9 for starting the thread with your comments and to Northy/Nordais for the calculations. ;)

I am in. Although I was a bit irritated by the change of fields - twice - but, to be honest, I need to rearrange my MM fields for the new additions from tomorrow so not such a bad thing apart from deleting my Grave Candle Cactus because I thought I would need the space for crops! :wuerg:
    Good luck everybody! :inlove:

I will contact support then on this because it is not good
Dutch people just came to this forum
And saying Regular players who visit the forum are well aware that it should read " puzzle #2 solved" instead
I want to be regular I have to in a way
Like it has always been this way we no it is not correct.....
And stille the other fora have is the correct way
This is all because you do not have to translate the faq from bp
And just copy paste the table as a picture
Sorry this is ridiculous and I do not agree

And it was the wrong picture btw

Since you do visit at least the German forum and maybe some more, you're well aware that every forum has a different way of presenting the FAQ for each event. I'm surprised to see that the German forum actually uses the table functions of the forum to create their FAQ. Since you want something to copy and translate there's always the German FAQ for it. I agree with you that the prize chart for solving puzzles should read "completing puzzle #X", but a player that visits the EN forum should know that there's also a strategy section where usually these errors are raised.

I don't know which wrong picture you're talking about, the one I posted was to show how puzzles are linked together and how to get the 3 givers.

You said before in not so many words no use to ask for chaging it because we tried and it never happened
And this reads like you are a difficult person and maybe its better to stay in the german forum:mad:

  7. Nordais

When I write that I agree with you with the fact that that specific chart should read "completing puzzle #X", I don't think that it means that I don't want this error to be corrected. I don't think that posting about it in 2 different places and also in the German forum is the way to go.

As for the German forum, what I meant was that if you're looking for charts that can be copied and translated easily into Dutch and that the German forum is better for it, then you shoud copy it there. I have no idea which of German or English is easier to translate from to Dutch. That was it, nothing more was implied.

Thanks Northy for the event strategies..

We must admit that these tables used in the faqs are not very foreign friendly.

Many Turkish, Finnish and Dutch users are now part of this forum and the English forum moderators should also take into account the requests of these foreign users.

    Hello miekje,

I visit your fansite sometimes and I appreciate what you do for the Dutch people. Keep it up..

The wording may be ambiguous but it does actually state 2 puzzles completed and not completing Puzzle Number 2. I can appreciate that when translating, it is not always exact and can cause confusion. I live in France, speak and read French but sometimes definitive meanings are lost in translation.

My goodness, hope everyone can relax and enjoy the event. Personally, I try to always check the Game Strategy thread and read comments. Sure there are/may be errors in FAQ at times, but I prefer not to let that be my focus. We don't live in a perfect world, have no idea what others here may be experiencing, but I've always - in my brief three years here - found members kind, generous, and helpful. When someone notes something about an event they consider of interest to others, it's shared here. So this is my main reference point when I participate.

I appreciate everyone's efforts to give players the key points of the FAQs and Northy's and Illy's charts have always been both visually helpful and a guide to things in the FAQs I missed. Please keep doing what you do best!

For this event, I'm thinking I won't focus on it. A bit too much for me as I think there's also weekend events and the new MM things that have my interest. Wish everyone doing it an enjoyable time...if things get a bit hectic, just go and have a cuppa and look at some lovely nature.

    I do play relaxed
But if they change the faq and they did en do not mention it in de faq with red letters orbold or anything you think you go nuts
    I was used to this
I asked about it here before
    Changing no problem
BUt mention it in the faq it has been changed
So I ask again and again
they deny it ect ect that is why I am angry and frustrated
I will make screenshots next time
Everybody have a nice event I surely will

Miekje, you are doing great as always.
Without your help and (Thea and others of course ), many Dutch players would be at a total loss.

As I mentiond before, again and again.
The way of communicating, solving problems differs greatly from country to country, and BP does not give a x.
Lets try and cherry pick, get involved with the ones that are somewhat at the same wavelength.

Nordais, thanks for your input as wel.

Lets see if we can get this event done sucesfully.
I always like full moon events( and xmas and carnaval)

I'll try to make it clear this is how I do it
    - You buy enough pieces or all and then you can start
    - You start with puzzle edge pieces
    - you take one and put it on 1 edge of the puzzel
    - you slide it down clockwise
    - if it is in de correct place you cannot move it any more
    - you go around the corner you turnit 1/4 or 90 degrees
    - and start sliding again clockwise
    - if you have the edge complete you start with the inner part
    - then you look at the colours
    - sllide it in
    -turn it 3 times
    - no fit you move it and turn again
    - this looks like a lot but of work but if you get stuck this is the way to go I think
    - if you have a piece in the middle that is difficult you slide an other piece exactly on it and it will go bck in stock

does this make any sense to you ??

    xDxD
The words in the table in the faq have been adjusted
    Thank you very much
    Me happy girl now
