I love love love the Dandy Lion! Can we please have it permanently in the MM crops!!! It makes me smile every time I see it! I am not usually a fan of weekend quests, but this is MM, and it's a cute story line, and the Dandy Lion wants to grow so I'm in :)

I agree that the Dandy Lion crop is the cutest!:inlove::inlove: It is pretty while growing, but when it is ready to harvest, and that cute lions face is in bloom it does put a smile on my face! Cute event and the timed crops were no stress and manageable! Thanks for that!;)
For me the only downside is, is I am not doing the new "sticker thing" so getting glue and other things related to that
    is a waste for me.

Just finished this Saturday morning and enjoyed the event very much. Perfect for my RL situation and playing style.

I appreciate the rewards as I skip most other events and receiving stickers and glue is a bonus. I loved the story line and wish I had some of those darling dandy lions to clean my home! Kind of look like a Swiffer mop! xD

I have to say the drops for this weekend events are disappointing. For the event that is on for a week, they are great but this very short event with only drops to donate is not anywhere near what is required. Of the 759 needed to complete the event, which is my aim, I have so far accumulated 290 (20 of those being gifts). -.-

I planted THE longest crop overnight and didn't get many more than I got from the event crops. I will probably finish it using such resources as I need but I am lucky to have them available, newer players or lower level players will probably struggle. :(

Same for me, Illy1996. I don't know if having drops from two events on the same fields affects the number of drops, but for me, fuel cans (I am not doing that event) are at least 20 more per harvest than witches safety hats. I'm exclusively planting Terror Eggplants (12 hr crop) to get the most hats, and that may be the reason fuel cans drop more. This morning's harvest of Terror Eggplants resulted in 113 hats. I need 264 to complete the event.

I should be able to complete the weekend event - just not as quickly as I hoped. I'm saving all resources except water and manure for the final/next weekend event as it will be crops and timed harvests.

Update: I completed the event Sunday with the first harvest of one field of Terror Eggplants. Have 79 witchy hats remaining. For the flying event (which I didn't do) I have a current total of 1,338 fuel cans. I imagine the higher drop rate may be due to my exclusively growing Terror Eggplants rather than creepy camelina.

Especially for those doing both events - wish you success!

I completed the second quest handily, with one hour remaining! growing nothing but Creepy Camelina (other than the initial harvest) and doing nothing special, no green goo, no extra harvests, just plodding along - I went directly for the giver needed for the row and other than that, everything was just gravy so no stress. I think we have all been spoiled of late by really great drop rates which allow us to complete things quickly - usually when that happens, the PTB read about the people who finish events inside 25% of the time allotted, and make the next events harder. It has happened cyclically for all the years that I have been playing! I wish very much that it would be understood that a few players who make it their mission to complete events immediately does not mean that the drop rate is too high, or that things should be harder for the average player.

The graphics, as always, are excellent - I love the way Kitty is portrayed. Prizes were good and the drop rate was fine, if we all expect to take the entire time allowed, which I think is the object of weekend quests.... No complaints from me about this part of the event!

I completed the third weekend quest yesterday and was quite delighted as we have family visiting this weekend and I didn't want the 'pull' of having to harvest 'round the clock. Because I didn't do any other events this month and saved my S/SG, I could quickly sow and harvest. Thanks to CAC, S/SG, a +1 Crop bonus, and the Season +1 crops, I quickly did all silver steps including the timed harvest, then the rest of the day was leisurely sow/harvest to finish the remaining steps.

I am quite happy with the rewards and put all the givers on Castaway Coast where I will let them sit for a while. Those, with other recent high TEP givers have me leveling up 3-5 times a day! I may just leave them until I reach Baha level 800 then move them to the CR :D

The story was so much fun and inspired me to do some 'autumn' cleaning myself!

Thanks to the developers for a relaxing and rewarding series of quests.
