"The Cleaning Witch" Weekend Quests

Hope everyone participating in this event is doing well. For this second weekend, how are players doing with drops? This morning got 133 Witches Safety Hats after harvesting two fields of Terror Eggplant as well as about a dozen trees (Midnight Oak, and about ten other trees). I removed all trees except for four Grave Candle Cactus and planted Terror Eggplant with water and manure on both fields. Second harvest this afternoon had 105 Witchy Hat drops. My last harvest of the day gave 129 hat drops. Are there any buffs which might increase the drop rate.

 

MeadowCrossing, That is really good amount of Drops of Witches Safety Hats , We can't use any Howie Donuts on MM, There are some CR boost Drop Rates, I think there is something in barn that boost drops by 5%

I got 144 Witches Safety Hats on my harvest of Terror Eggplants, I am getting on average 60 Witches Safety Hats on Creepy Camelina per harvest with 38 Hours remaining

 

So far I have 425 Hats. I left a mix of trees and pens on one field, and the other I have pens and about 150 plots to plant on. I am using Super Grow to speed harvests up and will buy a basket if push comes to shove. I am sure I will complete, possibly today.

 

I have 489 Witches hats. Since I am done with Creepy Camelina crops I am growing the 12 hour Terror Eggplant on one land, and the Oni Orchid or Vampire Lily both 10 hour crops on the other I am using both water and manure and the "Terror Boquet" buff to quicken the time. Good luck every one I know we can get these drops!

 

So far, I am 211 hats away from completing the quest, but already got the cloud row item. Using terror bouquet for eggplants and waiting for both drops to continue both events zzzzzzzzzz

 

I've planted the terror eggplants on both fields overnight. I left my Baba Yaga stable out the entire time but all other plots are crops. I only used water and manure on the camelinas (still working on race 3). I need 187 more hats to finish so I think it should happen by bedtime, but if not, it will certainly by tomorrow morning's first harvest.

First the silver quests and then from 4 levels the item to the cloud row.
With the object in place (Done) , the rest of the tasks are a bonus.
Whether the rest succeeds or not, it doesn't matter.

Finished this weekend's quest and have put the ornaments on the cloud row so I don't lose them. Just one more weekend then hopefully will be complete.

 

I also Finished this weekend quest, I planted Terror Eggplants at the Start, Grow Terror Eggplants during the night but also grow Creepy Camelina During the day I now resume finish growing Creepy Camelina to finish Midnight Race Event

 

terror eggplant overnight last two nights - so all participating farms are done. Whew.

Now we just have to slog through the next weekend's quest. Of course, I have a show on Saturday, so this is going to be interesting.

Oh yeah - check your inventory for SORB tree fruit! We're gonna need it! I've had extra sorb trees out since this evolution was announced.

 

Completed the second weekend quest with Sunday morning's first harvest of Terror Eggplants. Now back to restocking MM crops and critters and making sure I prepare the correct field for the final weekend quest!

 

Still need 275 hats; one field only crops, 2nd field some 15 trees and one Baba Yaga Hut. Drops are not great at all. Did long-growing crops overnight and now during the day as well. It's now 18:15 hrs game time, so about 4 hrs to go. Used manure and water overall and when I had some green water I used that as well. Forgot about the terror bouquet, but used one now after just seeing it mentioned here (thank you Flower!). Don't expect to make it, I'm sorry to say.

 

Bear with me - senior moment here. As someone who likes to be prepared, I'm getting my MM fields ready for the final weekend quest. Cleared off everything except plots from the Mushroom field. Insofar as timing goes, I think Europe begins standard time this weekend. Will that mean those of us on the other side of the pond whose clocks don't change lose an hour of event duration?

 

Things will start later for us on this side of the pound until Nov 5th where we'll go back to normal time. For me, being in the NY time zone, events usually start at 8am. For the next few weeks, they'll start at 9am.

You'll need to clear your Mushroom Forest because that last weekend event will take place there! And make sure you have enough Sorb Apples to get to the end! This will be a short timed event crop on limited space (for some players) + needed tons of main tree fruits at the same time.....

 

What 1) are 2) where we get those "sorb apples" ?! FAQ says nothing about DROPS... The other is event plant to crow in Mushroom Forest...

 

Nuubi. Sorb tree is mainland Tree. not a drop.

 

Remember that roughly (for me, that number) is 160 or 164 or 168 fields, then PAC produces 4 and 4x168 = 672 fields:

save 2x the number of fields seeds first to cultivate and then
1) cultivate the areas 2) start section 4 time story 3) collect 4) cultivate 5) the second time prepare in 1h 27 min time.
