Drop: Drinking Horn
You will get these drops when harvesting your main field and green meadow from crops and trees only!

Mill Product: Viking Broth
Ingredients: 72 x Drinking horns, 1300 x Golden Roots

Note: Each player will receive 1 Viking Broth at start of Event to try out
the mini game.

Requirements:
20 - 1 = 19 x Viking Broth
19 x 1300 = 24,700 x Golden Roots
19 x 72 = 1,368 x Drinking horns

I really enjoy this event and, if I am not mistaken, there have been some embellishments to the heads and hilts. Love them.

It is crazy 1300 Golden Roots to mill 1 Viking Broth, this also means less Star Coins gains per game to purchase in Star Coin Shop

It V14 we had 3 x Cloud Row Rewards, this one only 1 CR which is not very rewarding or must have

I'm in on the three usual farms because of the Mariachi Village upgrades.

The cloud row is okay...1 x Crate O' Farm Supplies X every other day is good. It's a decent crate with decent goodies including a tiny chance for a crate o' buffs.

As for shopping in the star coin shop: I'm after the two crates of buffs and a second "master shipwrights" giver as it increases percentage on givers, anything beyond that is gravy.

And, in conclusion I would like to thank the game team for NOT choosing to have Ingrid sing this time out.

 

I just don't have time to participate in events right now, too busy, so going to pass on the second event in a row. Just between you and me, it was a little bit liberating to not have to worry about trying to get harvests in on time this last week , and being able to plant long crops and harvest whenever I had a second. I rather enjoyed the mini vacation from farm responsibilities . Good luck to all participating, may the drops be with you!

Stuck at 55%, can't get into the game.

 

Wanted to start playing the event at just after 2 o'clock, refreshed - as I thought that was the clever thing to do - only the game wouldn't start again. Just as peony's, it's stuck at 55%.

Working again, but sometimes have to refresh.

 

I'm getting a late start. Had to to take care of some things first thing this morning.

So apparently I missed the earlier falderal. yay.

To those who are sitting it out - okay, but you're missing out on valuable upgrades to the mariachi village giver...And my thoughts on this are - at least this new 2x2 giver is less than 30 hours to mature, so I'm upgrading heavily, especially on this farm (which has NO cloud rows or givers that shorten giver maturation time).

PS: the new Pumpkin Season, just announced, includes a guaranteed CATFISH POOL if you purchase the season pass. Nice for those of us who are tired of fooling around with wonder stables (and then not getting anything out of them). Also, even at 4.99, it's much cheaper than buying the 30 wonder stable package at 630BBs.

Wow Congratulations peony! I thought I was doing well with 14,106 event crops and 837 drops and it has only been 9 hours for me! I do have a 100% for 24 hours I got from the party wheel, and I have a Jack o gift I am using! Good luck and

I have no chance of finishing this event, and to be honest I'm not playing for the rewards. I just really enjoy the axe throwing, and like some others have said it's fun to watch Ingrid concentrate so hard each throw.

I do not like that so many golden roots are required. I don't have a Jack o gift or a ton of SG, so this is really asking too much of players. Except for peony, apparently.

 

I've always loved this event but I'm considering not continuing. 1300 golden root to mill 1 viking broth is sucking the fun out of it, because the fun of this game is Ingrid throwing the axes, not the growing of the golden root. If you are lucky with crates or the wheel for any harvest bonuses then it might be a bit better, but I haven't been lucky so far during this event. The items you can buy with star coins this time are not that great imo; and the CR is just okay, not wonderful.

 

Sewinglady's farm just milled 17 broth. After this harvest, will switch to something longer timed to boost drops.

This farm and dumbunny's are slogging along...

 

The cloud row is grey for now..
