Gingerbread Rudy not awarded

Hi,

I just completed level 21 and had 5 seconds remaining on the timer when I finished the minigame, yet I didn't receive the Gingerbread Rudy pet. This happened on another level a few levels back where I got the coins but not the bonus prize despite finishing before the time ran out, but I just let it go as it wasn't worth the hassle. However I was specifically aiming for this pet and don't have the opportunity to try again as I am going away on holiday. I believe I should have been awarded the pet as I completed the game within the time limit. Is there a way to get this booked to my account?

The time limit for Level 21 is 60 seconds and you completed the mini game in 66 seconds. You can try again to complete it within time before the event ends to win the pet.

Thank you. I guess I'm not sure what the point of the timer is then if the actual time limit is different to what is displayed.

Can I confirm - did the timer show the limit, or is there some other limit that is different from the time showed on the clock? I definitely had 5 seconds left on the timer when i finished the game. If what is shown on the clock is the intended time limit, then evidently there was a display glitch because I did not run out of time on the clock displayed before I finished the minigame.

 

The countdown timer shows how much time you have to complete the mini game. As stated, you used 6 more seconds than the limit for that mini game. Since you completed it, you were awarded 25 star coins, but as you didn't complete it within time, you were not awarded the bonus prize of the pet egg.

No, that's all. Unfortunately there is no way to know about display glitches until they occur, and it's a crying shame that the customers lose out because the game malfunctions - but I've come to expect this from BP, who care about nothing but lining their own pockets. Not sure what more I could have done but follow what the game was showing me.

Please close - can't imagine I'll be back to seek any further compensation for anything since the company couldn't care less about anyone but themselves. You're a saint for volunteering your time for these leeches - please don't think my anger is directed at you.
