Can't Play the Mini Game in Birthday Ole

I use a Mac with a track pad and I can't make any moves in the mini game. I've tried refreshing to no avail either. What is the secret with using a track pad to get this game to work?

 

I have the same problem on my Windows PC. I have 2 frozen mini games . I can't even move the flashing help icon now.

I've never used a track pad but would assume you use the same method that you use with a mouse. The objects in the mini game are switched by holding down the left mouse button and dragging (swapping) it to where it needs to be.

Players report sometimes the board doesn't respond and gets stuck. The best first aid for that is to refresh the browser. You will not lose the birthday coins when you reenter the game.

You may need to periodically refresh the browser or even try a different one to see if that works better for you.

I've tested the mini game and had no trouble making a move. I've also cleared your server cache.

Please clear your cache and cookies, restart your computer and then log in again. Try the mini game again. If that doesn't help, please try a different browser.

giggy50, I've found if I hold left mouse button down for a second or two before attempting to move pieces, I am able to then manipulate them. Also, piece won't change position until I release button. I don't know if this is applicable to track pad, but maybe there's an equivalent?
