Maximum annoyance again...

Then, without any language skills, I tried to make a SINGLE SHAPE, a square BUT:

shape = there must be at least ONE square/orc/creature in the CENTER.

A square alone is not enough, although a continuous "chain of circles" is also possible, but not here!

---> one game missed but points = ready, missed only "1 shape"

 

Lol, I learned that lesson just before ending my farming day yesterday and posted the same 'lesson learned' just before your post #78!

 

Is 51300 points the maximum that can be had from the full contour of the board? Isn't it a lower score than in previous events?

I hate this event with a vengeance and having to play it on two farms is driving me up the walls!!

 

This was easier than I thought. 174 hours left, 47/80 games played, and I am already done with the points quest on the right side and have done all but two of the right side quests (I need three more shapes and a multiplier of 15 tiles inside a shape).
The rest seems to be just a matter of getting enough drops to play 33 more games for the cloudrow and the piccolo... doesn't really matter how long or short, so not a lot of stress, not a lot of reward.

 

Only 2 farms. Your friend and the local village idiot decided it would be good to do this on 4 farms.

So far, I've been averaging 4 harvests a day on those 4 farms. I haven't been setting an alarm for the 5 a.m. happy hour, but, if I roll over and see that it's about 5 a.m. or after 5 a.m., I get up and go poke the event fields. This morning, I rolled over and my watch said 5:54 a.m. Well, 6 minutes isn't enough so I rolled the other way and went back to sleep. So I harvest during the 3 "happy hours" and around 10 p.m. I do this to garner more scuba tanks, not for the crops.

I'm about half way through on this farm and SL's. The baby farms have started, but they are only in this for whatever goodies they can get.

 

I'm always amazed that you're daily loggin in multiple farms, so much courage!

My baby farm is done with the point table and the 28 misssion too. Harvesting with the +2 event crop event 3 times a day helped alot with event crops to craft critter to make huge shapes. I'm missing 6 shapes on my main farm and after that I'll just be doing 3 critters straight lines to get this over with.

Every year BP forces to worst event on us to make sure that we get all the upgrades for that new 2x2 giver.

I created 30 lines but it only gave 300 points but didn't give the reward why?

 

Is this task for the Main Game Points: Create 30 lines? If so, try to refresh and see if you have the reward.

 

For the 80-part section, I refreshed the game but nothing changed.

 

Does the Progress counter show 30/80?

Unfortunately, you haven't played enough games to get the reward as you need to make three more shapes/circles or lines to get that reward. It might be helpful to look over the examples posted by WisdomTree on page 3. They helped me a lot to better understand how to fill the requirements in each section. I read all the comments over and over before I finally understood what I needed to do. Personally, for me, a lot of confusion is due to translation from one language to another and my not having played this in a very long time.

How are you doing for drops to mill the scuba tanks? If you send me an igm, I'll add you as a friend and send you one tomorrow when my game clock resets in about 17 hours. It's the end of my day so I'm off the farm til tomorrow morning. I wish you good luck in reaching your goals. There's lots of time still, and I'm sure you'll do fine.

 

Just a reminder to spend the Blue Coins in the Maid Season shop. I don't do the Seasons but always spend the coins. Every little helps.
Still loads of time to finish this event so onwards and upwards. Just the 3 harvests a day to get the +2.

 

I have completed the points section and the 28 missions. I have 56/80 games, but as there is no additional benefit to milling the sea creatures or creating shapes, I shall finish this with just lines and there is also no further need to try to harvest during happy hour so I will harvest on my own schedule. This has happened quite timely as I have been sick this week.

Congrats pnp for reaching your goals and I hope you are feeling better! I have played 70/80 games and have the CR up and running. I will continue to complete the 80. On the point side I have completed 53 with one to go and in Missions I have 25/28 I probably will not complete those but that was not my goal! Good luck everyone and happy farming!

 

Curious how many drops everyone is averaging. I have a wide range between 19-37, and haven't discovered if there's something which makes a particular harvest give more than others. Does the crop type, fertilizer (water and/or manure), happy hour, or non-happy hour make any difference, or is it all random?

 

Hey MeadowCrossing, I believe it is random! All 3 crops are 5 1/2 hours without any water or manure, and all have EP of 220
I am getting between 19 and 30 (only 1 time I got 30, and I have a full field of 1x1's. Sometimes I use water and manure and there really is no noticeable change in drop rate. And I am using "Happy hour" 3 times a day and no increase there either. Sorry I can't be more scientific! Good luck!

 

Thanks Sanddollar. That's what I've been doing as well and I just wanted to see if anyone knew if there was some 'magic' formula. Waiting for the happy hours is like watching paint dry Oh, well...we get something new to engage our grey cells tomorrow with the second weekend shopping spree!
