New rules are being implemented, is there a way to check if I am going to loose my party tickets?

Currently I have 780 party tickets* And as far as I remember I never bought any of them.

*because for me the prices are just not it, I only spin for new jackpot items.

You should not lose any party tickets currently in your possession.

However, some of us have amassed thousands of party tickets and if there was one sure way of getting me to absolutely quit this game it would be for BP to take away those party tickets. And, I don't think BP wants me, and others like me, to stop playing.

I do spin the party wheel every day...there's always a chance to get a harvest bonus. But, I also receive party tickets every day - from givers, cloud rows, the season prizes, event prizes, etc. So I have to keep spinning to keep the number at least somewhat reasonable.

I honestly don't know when or why or how BP decided this imaginary number of 200 should be the upper limit for party tickets. My main farm has had thousands of party tickets on hand for years. It would probably take me a day or more to spin them all off, even using the escape button method.

I suspect someone realized there's profit to be made in having an upper limit for party tickets. The bottom line counts for a lot. I also have over the 200 limit and doubt they will take away the extra tickets. But I won't spin the party ticket wheel unless there's a real chance to get a good reward. Then again, maybe the chances of harvest bonuses and special givers might be lower going forward to get us to use those excess tickets - and maybe buy more. :)

You can have as many party tickets in your inventory as you would like. The limits applies to purchases that have party tickets included.

Your current stock of tickets is safe;)

Hi Everyone It was me that posted for Better clarity about Party Tickets ;):p:wuerg:

Because I have noticed confusion about party tickets being Capped at 200 as I got 1785 party tickets

In general announcement said any one gaining party tickets won from events, completing quests, plus Pets, CR and givers giving party tickets is exempted or not capped at 200

Because it would be grossly unfair gaining party tickets capped at 200

Also buying bundles with Cash purchases that means buying baskets cash only buying bundles using BB is not exempt if I understood correctly

I know some of you not understand English that well but try my best to explain ;):p

It's hard to understand even if we do understand English. Because honestly, I don't know why there's a cap on party tickets at all.

There didn't seem to be one or any kind of an issue until all of a sudden there is. It's a real head scratcher for me because it's been a really long time since any of my farms had less than 200 party tickets.

I guess that if I were to ask for the "new", er, "old", er, "invisible" rules to be explained it would be this: instead of saying how we can amass over 200 party tickets, explain to us in what way we are being penalized for having over 200 party tickets. In other words, when we have over 200 party tickets and we have an opportunity to get more of them, which opportunities will NO LONGER reward us hoarders of party tickets with more party tickets?

Can we still get more from the regular wheel?
Can we still get more from the party wheel?
Can we get more from crates?
Can we get more from givers?
Can we get more from cloud rows?
Can we get more from purchases (deals we are offered)?
Can we get more as event prizes?
Can we get more from bundles purchased with BBs?

I suspect that the answer is yes to all of the above EXCEPT for the bundles purchased with BBs - that's where we lose out. But should we? BBs cost real money. So should we be penalized for that? If the answer is that we cannot receive party spins from bundles purchased with BBs, then stop offering them in bundles purchased with BBs altogether. That's the fix. Offer some other goodie that doesn't have 200 limit. Or remove the 200 limit from party spins. Problem solved.

PS - just re-read the answer given by Farmers.Almanac above. So, if we can no longer receive purchased party tickets when above the 200 limit, BP needs to stop offering those of us with more than 200 party tickets the special BB packages that include party tickets. And if you mean things like the bundles purchased with BBs (such as the recent ones that upgraded Lenny's Lab), well, that's what I was referring to above - instead of party tickets those bundles should include a different type of goodie - one that doesn't have a 200 upper limit. And, honestly, if I want that upgrade for lenny's lab and it includes something that I won't receive, am I going to spend the BBs anyway? Probably. But, it's still wrong to offer something nice and then say, "NO, you can't have the extra nice thing we're offering because you've hoarded way too many of them already."

Thank you all! I am relieved that what I have is save...for now.

A other option for BP to lower the amount of players with huge amounts of party tickets is to actually put usefull items up there. Or refresh more often. That would increase the proberbility that people would buy them and spinn the wheel.

My shed is filled with certain items bescause especially in the biginning I kept spinning the wheel.
I try to lower the stock with filling the train every possibility I have.

I haven't bothered with the train in ages. Not since opening Edelweiss Valley. All those yellow animal pens get donated there now.

The 200 cap is set for to option to purchase more tickets like during the Party Ticket Sale. Players over 200 party tickets will not see nor will they be able to access that special event. The rules now means that purchasing the 5 Lenny's Laboratory upgrades would have let us get the 15 party tickets too.

There's been a kind of refresh on what you can get on the Party Wheel: nor more XXL Maple, now it's XXL Sorb and XXL Apricot! -.-
I also see from time to time orange upgrades for the dairy milk and rabbit shearing shed (not the yellow one... I feel priviliged! Yeah, right...). A lot of pink upgrades too both for stalls and workshops, at least I see more now that a few years back.

I have 7,288 party tickets at the moment, does this mean when I open all my crates once a month and there are party tickets in the crate I will not actually receive any?

The new set of rules are seen here:

    General Limit: 200

    Exceptions for Overbooking:
    • Payment transactions
    • Events
    • Quests
    • Lootpackages, Giver Items, Pets and Cloud Rows
No mention of crates, so yeah I guess you'll have to spin some of those before opening crates! o_O:eek::cry:

The party ticket I just received from a crate was added to my inventory. Maybe crates are "lootpackages."

Thanks so much Nordais and RebaFC. I just tested it 2 different ways. (1) opened a crate, I did receive the party tickets, and (2) bought the Cyan Farmer's Pack and received the 4 party tickets from that pack! I'm okay with this.

I think the big take-away from all this is that we keep what we've got.

If I didn't spin the wheel(s) every day, I'd quickly have 99 green spins all the time and even more party spins than I've already amassed on the farms I play every day.

PS...still not playing this one. Just logging in once a day to get daily log-in bonus and to send gifts to neighbors.
