Clear Space

Hello, I've been trying to clear more space, I think it's in the Green Meadow. I cleared the first stage by adding 12 neighbors. The second stage requires a further 12 neighbors however, after adding 17 I am told it is now full and I can't add any more neighbors. How do I clear the next space?

Did they all accept your invite? Then it must be free. You can see it in your list. If you can't see them clear they didn't.

Hello, I'm not entirely sure, I am using an app. The first space cleared without any issues as soon as I added 12 neighbors. I tried adding 12 more but it only let me add 5 more. I can see all of them when I click on neighbors but the second space still hasn't cleared. Thank you

 

Your neighbours that have acceped your request should all be classified by level in the tab on the right of your screen. The ones that haven't replied will be at the bottom of that tab with a grayish hue.

 

They all look exactly the same, I have attached images of the top and the bottom
