    Hello, I use a mobile app for this game most of the time as I have don't often have use of a computer. The new Racoon event has not showed up on my app and it looks like I have missed 3 days of it. I have just logged on to a computer browser and I can see that it woeks fine here. i have logged a ticket 2 days ago from my app but was told they cannot see my details and that I need to log on. I was under the impression i was already logged on when I issued the ticket, having done so from the app. Anyway, can this issue be fixed? Thank you

    I'm sorry, but not all events are available in the mobile app. If you see it isn't there, you will need to log in on a browser to play.

    When sending a ticket to Support, you need to be logged into your account. That way they have required information needed to be able to help you. It is part of the safety protocols and they can't proceed without them.
