Ingrid freezing

Hi, I have milled my broths and have now started to throw axes and both times Ingrid freezes and I have to log out and in to get back to the mini game. I am on a PC using Microsoft Edge browser if that helps. Thanks for your help

Please try the following:

• Make sure the browser is the latest version
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Restart your computer
• Log back into the game

I have also cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

Hi My browser is updated regularly so yes it is the latest version. I have cleared my cookies and cache I did LOG out and in again and then I tried and Ingrid froze again! Sooo I then went out and tried Firefox browser and so far have been able to throw 2 axes without freezing!
Fingers crossed I can continue! Maybe the problem is with Microsoft Edge!? Thanks for the help I am not sure this is fixed.

 

Up-date: I just put the CR up and continued to use the Firefox browser. So you can close this thread. Thank you
