Thermometer Troubles

    Hello,

    I have a few farms that LogIn everyday and send gifts to neighbors, but their thermometer is draining and turning red as if inactive. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Hello kara_cool :)

    To have an active farm, you must harvest the farm. Just logging in and sending gifts will not keep you active and your thermometer will drop and turn red and if you don't play the farm, you will see those accounts drop off your neighbor list. It takes 30 days of inactivity to see a neighbor disappear from the neighbor list.
