Firefly Festival II

This is a Bahamarama event: both the Plantation and the Rainforest are needed.

The goal of this event is to light up laterns to form combos and claim their prizes.

There's 16 lanterns that can be lit by selecting it and making the required donation:

To get the cloud row and its givers, players only need to make 13 combos out of the 15. Here are the numbers:

It's always possible to lit more lanterns than neccessary to get some more prizes before claiming the combo.

Usually, it's easier to select a combo and then lit lanterns by making donations.

I shall give this a pass much as I enjoy the event, I dislike tearing up my Baha lands so will continue replenishing my stocks and pursuing quests. Good luck everyone...please don't send me any drops for the event.

Thank you so much Nordais for crunching the numbers with all details Hey, I just need to clarify whether we need 5365 glowberries and 481 Motcha powders for milling 37 tea pots in addition to the figures you have mentioned.

 

Everything is included for each combo. 13k+ of glowberries on one baha field is already a really high number!

BP twisting my arm....harder...harder...okay, I'm in. On the usual two farms. Things have gone a bit sideways for me in RL, so I'll have to figure out how I'm going to do this.

 

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? When I click on the lanterns, only one of them shows lit up at a time; it won't let me light up more than one to make a pattern. I'm following the FAQ, so not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for any help!

 

Click lantern which you want to be lit. Then click green Deliver-button on down-right corner to redeem lantern prize. After that it will stay lit and you can choose next lantern and do same. After you have whole pattern ready, you can redeem pattern prize.

I have the Cr up and running! I did get a 100%for 24 hours from the party wheel and I had a Jack-o-gift and I got a plus 1 for 6 hours! So it did not take me long to get the crops. I am also happy to say the drop rate was good for both drops "thanks to BP" for that! Sooo if any of my wonderful friends or neighbors see this please don't send any event gifts to my farm as I no longer need them and I am sure someone out there can put them to good use! Thanks, and I hope you all reach your goals!

 

I finished yesterday - I couldn't get my head round it at first and had to grow another 3k crops due to delivering to all the lanterns without redeeming any patterns!

I was a zombie when I got home yesterday. Tried to farm last night, mistakes were made. Ugh.

I am still growing the event crop. Hoping the mill time on the event item isn't too horribly long. Got a couple +1's on the party wheel this morning for this farm, so that should really help (well, with a little green goo and some propellers).

 

If anybody has extra gifts, I'm running too short on tea cats to finish. I wasn't paying enough attention to the drop rate with the trees on the rain forest and was trying not to pull them up. I've got some crops going with supergrow and supergrow buffs but didn't get as many overnight as I had hoped. I will return what I can. Is there a crop that has a good return rate?

Edit: So the bad news is I had the playing fields mixed up...the good news is now I have my crops growing on the right map and my drop rate is far better Thank you to all who have sent tea cats so far, I am at least on track with them for the cloud row at the very least now. I have high hopes for my overnight crops tonight to catch me up *fingers crossed*.

Update: Tea Cats will be finished with my last batch of ixora, and, event crops planted and supergrow. I will finish both crops just in time.
