Confusing FAQ with no details and just letting us guess

Hello mods,

I was super happy to see the Football/Soccer event making its way into the grapevine a few days back. This style of event has been a favorite of mine since day one. I know it's not your fault, but this time around the new mechanics put in place is just confusing. Worst, the FAQ infos one can get are totally disparate depending on which forum you're looking at.

French forum still hasn't a FAQ out yet...
From the Spanish forum: a maximum of 13 star coins per mini-game (not announced anywhere else)
Portuguese Forum is the only one that shows the new ball upgrade that we can kind of guess from the obscure English forum FAQ:



Yet, on the same post in the Portuguese forum the maps of the mini-games are given but none has that new ball upgrade on them.

So what's the real deal? How many Star Coins are available to win per mini-games? How doest this ball upgrade business works really, does it boost mini-game prizes available on the field? What about that sentence with the 2 AND mentioning the lost of a bull upgrade if the playee fails to finish the mini-game? Claiming or not claining the prizes listed with the ball upgrade? How to secure the new players' token to get the curtain upgrades for their respective givers?

The two cloud rows can be won by collecting Star Coins (first unlocks after collection 200 Star Coins and the second one after 635) but The FAQ doesn't let us come up with numbers of event crops & drops we'll need to get there. Same with the Ball Pump, the information about it is non-existing.

Some changes have to be made to that FAQ to explain clearly the new mechanics of the ball pumps, ball upgrades, players' tokens and Star Coins in this new edition of the event.

Yes, it is always difficult when new mechanics are introduced and we try to post as much info without confusing you more.

A pic of the ball upgrades was included in the FAQ:

When playing a character's mini-game and you pass over and collect the Ball Upgrades on the field, they are applied automatically to that character's Ball on the main page.

I have added some info for the Ball Pumps. They can be bought in the Event Baskets or you can win them in certain stages of the Character's Soccer Ball.

The Star Coins won are dependent on the level and we have not been provided with the amounts on each level.

Is there anything else that needs further clarification?
