Crops all ready but still need 608 drops. Have planted LabLab with Tiki to see if that helps. Any other ideas?

 

2 more harvests and all crops will be done. Then on to gathering the drops for the final step. During the day, I will plant what fits my schedule with real life's responsibilities, and long crop overnight. I currently have 415/900 so I think I'm in good shape.

 

With harvest bonuses, I'm done with both crops but still need 813 drops.

 

289 drops needed, one time in this night LabLabs in big plots and "blue+brown+green" and then (to night-over) lablabs & water+manure, then watch monday what I need... (smile = "no-need-any-vegetables"...)

 

Dear friends, if possible send me some bottled message (drops). I am in need of lot of them.

Finally got all the drops 1,750 (I did the whole event!) I have the CR up and running and put the 4 Torrent Twister curtains on! We do get 2 of each giver, one set for your CR, and IF you have room you might want to put them out as they give a large number of EP's I put mine in the park! Good luck to all I know you will reach your goals too!

 

SL's farm is completely done. Just got the last of the drops this morning. Ugh.

This farm is still slogging along on the second half. Have the CR up and running. But those are some nice givers...so trying to get those extras! Got a couple wheel bonuses this morning, so using up some green goo and propellers to try to get through this.

We had another banner day at the RL farmer's market, so I'm setting alarms to remember to harvest and spending the day cutting/sewing aprons and bags. So if I'm MIA from these boards, don't fret...I'm just making.

 

Hey, even me as newbie to this game kinda enjoy this event, although I might not be able to finish, I like it after that back to main farming...

I am almost done with the compasses and that is ok for me, no need for round of corks afaik....

need around 3 200 more but that is doable, barely but should be... I will eat some marmalade or something and will be happy

the 172 bottles will be harder

 

I am still plugging along with 2nd half of plants. I didn't realize until too late, that I could do the longer crop at night.

Hey, once I hit the last plant of the first type, I will get to do the 800 bottles or what is the number, right? And after that the second plant is only to gain the items again, nothing that new here?

This event was lovely, did the compass path and I think that is it... 20 bottles left, after that I will mass submit last two tasks... 3550 compasses and 800 bottles, happy as always

in 60 mins I am done (I might farm 30 bottles more for that season points)

I did actually finish this event, unbelievably, even though some days I didn't have access to my computer and despite planting the wrong plant TWICE! The second time, I got lucky on the Wheel and got a +200% Harvest and a +100% Harvest - thought the rest of the crops were in the bag. Imagine my surprise when I had no Compass Roses to plant (donated them all to get the extra five seeds) and had an excess of 3,000 of the 10 hour plant. With two days to spare, I had to do some quick thinking but with the aid of SG and SSG and the drop buffs, I managed to get that rather hefty 900 drops. Phew!
Hope all those who went for it reached their goals too.

 

Finished it all yesterday, even though the drops were not as generous as I had hoped.

 

Have had six Howies on the field from the beginning and am not able to fill the last step of the event as I still miss nearly 400 bottles. Not exactly a great drop rate.

 

I managed to get the final bottles just before calling it a day. Through my lack of understanding of the FAQs (thought we had to complete both sets), I had an excess of CR (3k) and five hundred of the other crop. 12 left over bottles. I started with CR crop and used lots of SG on my long grow crops, bought more SG with farm coins, and used veggies with buffs to get all the drops. The rewards are nice, and I hope the Piccolo reward is worth all that effort!

Update: Harvested the Piccolo and received a JackO!

 

They keep running this event on Baharama, with slightly different details details but always with a crossover format. It's always a very hard event and you're not supposed to be able to complete the whole thing without using a lot of super-grow and other buffs. Often people only aim to complete the first half.
