Brains 'n' Bargains

Hi have played all 45 mini games and I am stopping there! A BIG thanks again to Chamomile* for the puzzle solvers. Doing the first 10 I did not need assistance but as more coffins appeared I thought it was wise to write the numbers down and it worked great for me! I ended up with 900 star coins and was able to buy everything I wanted and some things I did not want just to spend the
coins! I did find we seemed to have more time to do the puzzles which made it more relaxing and fun! Good luck to all and I hope you all reach your goals!

As far as the changes in the CR, the items are definitely on my field

I just played game number 36 and I almost could've done it without help! Almost.
I am going to buy some Chamomile tea tomorrow, to celebrate our fantastic team leader who makes me look smart!
And believe me, that can be quite a challenge! (some days more than others...)​

Finished 61 games. Bought everything in the event shop and have coins left over. Back to spooky farming

 

SL's farm has everything for the CR. Need to plunk down the +givers before I activate. This farm has 36 tokens milled to play the games. Now to find the time to play them off. Did not need help through the one that got me the CR...I must be getting better at this? Or they made it easier? Or both?

 

Tell me, dear game friends, if I understood correctly:

Is this larger number of plants and Drops (13,640 x Skull Flowers
1,320 x Autumn Pumpkins), the number needed

to play 45 games, on the fields that can be played AGAIN.

With the same amount (plants + drops) you get all the rewards in the FAQ table
(is playing through enough or do I have to go through these 45 games / fields within the timer?)

Because for once I have saved Super Crow drops because CR is not exactly the best possible in my opinion and if I can't play through THIS STARTING WAY EVEN ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS, because my ancient phone doesn't allow me to take pictures in time, I have to write down the "moves" (that's what they are) on paper and play with the mouse with my right hand and follow the move list on the left, so to speak "old school"...

The way I've been doing it, strangely DROPS has been full for ages, that amount of 1320, but the plants aren't even close, the opposite of what usually happens, that the plants are ready but the Drops are only 50% assembled.

 

I am at 28/61. Messed up with 3 minigames, I think. Going slow. As of now gathering crops for milling is the problem. Not the drops.

 

Is it worth while to go after 45? I have gotten all the items available with the star coins and wondering whether to keep going at all or just do spooky farming

 

I have played 66 games and I am disappointed that there are not enough prizes to spend all my coins on. Also, even at three crate o' animal goodies for beating the time, it seems a lot of work for a variable reward after 61.

On a brighter note, I am doing well on the random puzzles (after 61) by first grouping the top two of each and then switching to grouping the top three and if I still have an empty coffin, going straight from twos to fours (a full coffin).

I can't say for others, but for me, 45 was enough and I went back to my personal MM goals of working on quests and building up stock. I just realized last night before calling it a day, that milling MM critter feed isn't such an impossible task as I thought in the past - if I have enough crop stock! So, that lightbulb moment made me focus on using my usually limited time for MM events, to grow lots of crops. I put out critters/workshops/trees that are in low stock (and those stables which receive rewards from CR/buffs), and that's what I'm focusing on for the remaining MM time (and also having enough stocks for the two remaining weekend events).

I did have two remaining tokens to do two more sorting games, but as Nuubi mentions, copying down the solutions was time consuming, doing the game was time consuming, and for me, the reward wasn't worth it. Unlike my much younger (or more adept) fellow players, my eyes and brain tire when I spend too much time doing things like this, so I've stopped and was happy to completed the 45. Do what makes you happy and you can't go wrong...just realize that it might take a while and some planning to be able to reach your goals.

I had the same experience, but was fortunate to have two Jackos and using Terror Bouquets, shortened harvest time...plus the luxury of being retired and on my own schedule, so I could harvest event crops several times a day by adding my SG, SSG, water, and manure.
I hope you and all others are able to reach your goals. Will admit it was tiring for me to have focused so much...my nature is like that, if I start, I want to finish, and I'm too old to keep up that pace for long...and RL has its priorities.

 

I actually managed to finish this and go back to those I missed! Started off using a lot of SG and SSG to get going but managed it fairly easily in the end, three harvests were enough. After worrying about the drops, I now have 454 left!
I didn't quite understand about swapping something for the two "Limited Offers" so they are all I have left to "buy". Oh, well, did better than I thought.

I can't figure out and don't know how to do these help pictures and especially number pairs WITHOUT YOUR OWN GAME going into OVERTIME or ruining it?

Maybe some recording feature that I don't know how to use myself.

Levels 21-45 are still missing (me) but THANK YOU as I TRUST THEY ARE CORRECT, if they weren't, then some other player would have nicely fixed them.

Now to work on levels 21-45 before going to bed...

 

I overgrew crops on both participating farms, so I played off the extra games. Totally not worth the time it took. Just go back to regular farming.

AND, um, The givers are better plunked down on a giver field than what the cloud row gives as far as I'm concerned. Maybe someday I'll put them there and activate that CR, but not right now.

 

Chamomile's energy and generosity took me to the very end and beyond I did all the 61 games and many more (in fact i'm still doing them). Used it to exercise my old brain and get the hang of it.
Wasn't great those 36 useless coins and the prizes could've been better, but it's been fun

 

This seems to be happening with increasing frequency where it is better to put givers out for ep rather than in a cloud row. Especially with Mademoiselle Cuca - I can get 200m ep per 17 hours and just put her in the cloud row if I want extra animals (then she is 'locked' for 36 hours or so). It is nice to have choices!
