I took your advise. Bought those packs. Spent my precious golden bananas.
I guess I was waiting for some to give a push and I plunged into the shopping spree (if you can call it so).

 

I finished yesterday, but didn't enjoy or really understand it.
I am happy to be able to return to normal full moon items!

Good luck to those farmers still slogging through.

 

I have got the second CR and an expected farming time this weekend. Will continue and try to get the better prizes though most of those require clearing at least one area - which I haven't managed once yet! Oh well, we shall see.

I did finish all the new FSQs and have only one left which requires a few MM breeding animals - just waiting for the next HDD.

I did NOT purchase those packages because my farms have too many party tickets and the game message popped up that I would not receive the party tickets in those packages, so wah-wah...no spending bananas for me.

I waited on this farm until something better came along and spent my gear coins on crates. Wish I had know that different items would become available. Oh well. There's a lesson there that now I've learned: read the FAQ more thoroughly.

I do NOT regret returning to "normal" MM farming. I had a couple hours yesterday morning that were spent growing and reaping short timed MM crops - greatly increased my barn stores!

 

I keep forgetting not to use all my Stamina so I can get other things, for example, Ropes!

 

the gear coins are very hard to get for me. I have six and have opened 24 blue boxes in my backpack. They were finally gotten this morning

 

I just started the 4th episode, there is little time left, I haven't gotten the 2nd Cloud yet, time is running out, I spent a lot of time, it will be wasted.

I personally enjoyed this mission a lot, although it was unclear how many levels there are in the game.
The first week was just about getting CR and I didn't really focus on completing missions (done 23/34)
In addition to the cloud rows, there was a gearcoin shop and several nice rewards along the field.

 

Oh well!

Living in the middle of a toilet renovation, I went to sleep at 8PM, the first time in probably 15 years (I´,m 52y), and it was just a matter of time, the 2h plants in the MM areas were left in the fields, and when the event ends, next time there will be EMPTY FIELDS...

Hopefully there is no need for DROPS...

 

I got both cloud rows and completed most of the missions except the clear all fields.
I only managed to get the darklight fire fly and the Zombie sheep with gearcoins. I had 3 gearcoins left over. I just couldn't get the coins to pop from the blue gift. I got lots of other "prizes" but not the coins. I didn't like this event at all.
