Event playfield

Event playfield has 3 parts:

Event crops needed:

I. part available from the start of the event:
Scarlet shield (5h crop) - altogether we need 2.862 for 5 buildings:
Bridge - 705 - complete first to open II. part of the playfield
Mead Hall - 445
Ingrid's home - 768
Viking Longhouse - 637 (from 3.12.)
Archery range - 307 (from 3.12)


II. part - available after Bridge is build
Bitter Blade (10h crop) - altogether we need 949 for 2 buildings:

Dragon ship/Epic Dragon ship/Ingrid's dragon ship (same amount for any option) - 743 - build first to start collecting Viking broth every 20h from 3.12. for minigame

Archery Range - 206


III. part - available from 3.12.2025

Golden root (5h crop) - needed for milling Viking broth


Product needed:
Viking broth - for minigame (32 altogether, 22 for cloud row)

- 1 received at the start
- collect from Ship (Dragon ship/Epic dragon ship/Ingrid's Dragon ship) every 20h
- mill ( 1 broth = 63 x golden root and 49 x drinking horn)
(If no Viking broth is collected from Ingrid's dragon ship, then 1.953 Golden root is needed)

Drops needed:
Drinking Horn - when harvesting your crops and trees on the main field and green meadow (from 3.12.)- if no Viking broth collected from the Ship, then 1.519 needed

Red wood planks - when harvesting your crops on the event playfield
Altogether needed - 662
Needed for 5 buildings:
Bridge - 70
Mead Hall - 250
Dragon ship/Epic Dragon ship/Ingrid's dragon ship - 122
Viking long house - 100 (from 3.12.)
Archery range - 120 (from 3.12)

Additional requirements:
-Bridge - 100 geese
-Mead Hall - 250 nails
-Ingrid's home - 15 oak seedlings
-Ship - (Dragon ship - 300 lilacs/or Epic Dragon ship - 500 orchids/or Ingrid's dragon ship - 650 Rhubarb) - depending on selected option
-Archery Range - (1.option - 75 scrap metal and 300 wood boards/ or 2. option - 100 paint and 100 wood boards/ or 3. option 5 feather collectors and 300 wood board)
-Viking Longhouse - 100 roof tiles and 150 bricks

Rewards:
Event cloud row 1 (Dragon ship/Epic Dragon ship/Ingrid's Dragon ship - 5. task)
Event cloud row 2 (22 minigames)
Givers - 6. tasks of Mead Hall, Ingrid's Home, Archery Range and Viking long House and after playing 12 minigames

Suggested Strategy:
1. grow 705 scarlet shields and collect 70 red wood planks for building the bridge
2. build the Bridge and open second part of event playfield
3. grow 743 Bitter Blade and collect 122 red wood planks to build Ship (Dragon ship/Epic Dragon ship/Ingrid's dragon ship) to start collecting Viking Broth (and get 1st cloud row)
4. from 3.12. start collecting Drinking Horn (plant long term crops or trees on Main field and Green Meadow on 2.12.)
5. from 3.12. start growing Golden Root on third part of event field for milling Viking Broth
6. continue to grow all crops for milling Viking Broth and build all buildings
7. Play minigame (32 altogether, 22 for cloud row)
8. Spent star coins (from playing mini game) and leftover Scarlet Shields and Bitter Blades in the event shop


P.S. This Strategy is mainly translation from different forum. I tried to check all numbers, but apologies for any mistakes.

Thank you Pedrofish31 for starting this thread and giving us a guide as to what is expected. I think I may follow your strategy, it makes sense if we need to do the Bridge to complete that first and then open more land.

Of course, now I see we can't do anything but grow the first crop as we can't grow the other till we build a bridge to it!

Yes @illy1996 as I understand it, we should grow Scarlet shields and collect redwood planks for Bridge first and try not to donate to other buildings till Bridge is built.

Once my field is full, I made a partial donation to the bridge to make me eligible for an extra five crops every five hours. Later the donation may be to the mead hall and so on. I love those extra fives!!

Fields are MOVING, when put those in places "by hands" not using harvest help!

 

I still have to save plants as drops are missing from the initial deliveries of the bridge.

Thank you @pedrofish31 I'm in too. A little confused by the multiple changes to our beloved Ingrid event, but I'll get the hang of it eventually. Good luck to everyone participating.

About it being on the event field, I used to not like it, but it grew on me ~ and now I wish we could just always use the event field for events but be allowed the use of buffs. I have too much going on on my main fields and don't wish to frequently uproot them.

Sorry "they" had to add and complicate our "Ingrid event!" I prefer ANY field as long as we can use buffs that we work hard to get
or buy like SG and SSG why have it if we can't use it!

I normally enjoy the Ingrid event, but at first glance I don't like all these changes. Maybe they'll grow on me over the next couple of days......

Hi here is my (dumb) question to anyone who wants to answer. To open the second land 2 do you have to complete opening or building the bridge? Or is it each part you contribute to opens some of it? Thanks and Good luck!

 

I believe we have to complete it to open the next area.

Now here's my question...when/where/how do we access Ingrid's ax throwing? Time for me to get some sleep...it's almost 11pm on this side of the pond! Just 23 more minutes to harvest the event crop, then I can sleep!
