When might we expect to see delivery of the bonus pack from Black Sheep Week?

The empty cloud row was visible during the entire run, but has now disappeared.

 

Did you purchase 5 of those packs that were offered during the sale? That cloud row was offered after that.

As Nordais has stated, once you purchased 5 packs, then you could claim the Bonus gift which was the cloud row.

There was NO way to claim that cloud row. I tried. Never could on either farm. This farm purchased 5 packs, sewinglady's purchased 6. I am NOT happy. Can anything be done at this point?

Edited to add: I had difficulties with the pop-up for that sale...often I was unable to click and claim the free gift. I suspect that is also why I was unable to click and claim the cloud row. So stupidly, I thought it wasn't a clickable thing - that it would be booked at the end of the sale. I should have asked earlier, before the event ended.

Just in case the cloud row and givers can be booked, my farm ids are: PrairieMaiden23 #56066430 and sewinglady 52647366.

If this is not possible, it's not possible. I appreciate any effort made. Thanks.
