I think we should first question why the Turkish forum was closed. Could it be due to incompetent mods? Of all the Turkish players, only a few remain. I wonder if they are trying to get them to let go...

Here is a post made by our Board Administrator and Team Leader. The EN team does not have any information regarding the reasons why the forum closed, nor would we speculate. We do know there isn't any plan to reopen it. The Turkish players, like other language forums, are redirected to the EN forum. We welcome all players no matter which country they log in from.

Please be kind in your comments regarding staff as this decision happened quite a few years ago. Thank you for your understanding.

How should we comment on the staff? What should we write, what should we criticize, or what should we praise? If we're forced to use nonsensical translations in an English forum, why are there players from other countries? English players would be enough.

We asked you for the opportunity to speak in our own language on at least one topic. Is that so difficult? We also had one or a few of our own friends volunteer to oversee the topic. At the very least, we wanted old friends to be able to chat together.

I sincerely apologize, but I disagree with you. My friend's words are not offensive or vulgar; rather, they are lyrics from a current TV series soundtrack. This is exactly what I've been trying to explain for a long time: the translation might be misrepresenting our feelings. Even in the FAQs published by the management teams in all languages, there is content that we consider offensive. There are so many errors in the game that if we tried to list them all, there would be tons of complaints. Neither the events, nor the translations, nor the mobile application are correct. It's your job to keep people here in the game and forum, not to drive them away. If you expect understanding from us, then you should show understanding as well. Regards...

As stated above, the decision to close the TR forum was a decision that BP made in July 2018, and that decision is final. There are no plans to create separate spaces for different countries to use their own native language. This forum requires only English to be used.

All players are welcome to be in the EN forum, but they need to comply with forum rules. If a post was deleted, it was because of being not in compliance. I have also since deleted my own response because I had hoped it would provide an explanation, but instead it has provoked an argument.

We have shown respect, patience and understanding for the closure of different language forums and for all players no matter which nationality they are. We do recognize the difficulty when a forum closes. We do all we can to support players in the transition, as well as ongoing support.

If you have questions about event FAQs, please ask in General Issues. If you have feedback regarding specific events or features of the game, please post in the correct feedback sections.

This thread will be closed to prevent further argument.
