Winter Lollapalooza

I've tried trees and stables for the festive cookies but my results cannot keep up with reducing the tiles for gear coins, candy apples and punch.

My main goal now is enough gear coins to get the permanent Korean fir trees and Cardinal nests along with the upgrades if possible.

The game boards using Candy Apples give 2 gear coins per board while the boards using Punch give 5 gear coins. My priority for reducing the timers will be:

1. Gear coins
2. Punch
3. Candy apple

I didn't have enough festive cookies to do all the timer tiles this morning so they are all at different stages. I have now replaced stables and put out trees and used Turbo Mulch to try to get in another harvest before bedtime.

I think the prices for the event shop items are too expensive given how limited we are in playing the board game, as well as the low drop rate.

 

I got a BB tree from one of the piccolos, so it was all worth it in the end

 

where does the cardinal +1 go? I earned 2 with the orange punch puzzle games but my stalls are still the same and I can't find the +1 buff any where.

 

It automatically starts. However, I believe it only lasts 4 hours. Does anyone know if this reward stacks?

Are the cardinals and trees we get while climbing the mountain temporary or permanent? I have a box that gives fir tree in exchange for 5 keys, but if the tree goes away after the event, I won't exchange keys. Thanks

All Wintercardinals are temporary. The Cardinal Nest you get as reward on the end is permanent. Same with the firs, all with winter before it will be exchanged after the end of the event

Okay, I think I'm going mad here but all the post replies to how to get to the top mountain say not available in my region (UK) So how do I get to the top mountain please? I have wrapped everything on the bottom mountain but cannot see any way to get to the top mountain. Please help for the sake of my sanity!

 

When you are on the screen for the 'Bottom of the Mountain', there should be a large yellow/orange box to the right on the screen. At the bottom of this box is a section labeled 'Mountain Top'. Click this and you will be on the other part of the mountain. Good luck!

I got the CR yesterday, yet to be activated - haven't got the final EP item. Those trees are taking forever despite all the SSG and turbo mulch I am putting on them. I have 12 Winter Firs and need another 1,500 but I will carry on this way, we have another week to go and there is not desperate rush to get the final 8 prizes.

On the other hand, I have no need for keys or Festive Cookies for the event so will now use them to speed up those Punches and probably the Candy Apples too to get what goodies I can from the shop.

I have animals everwhere and I am selling poo and making a nice profit there so I am all tickety boo as far as this extra long event is concerned. I have mixed feelings about it ... it was challenging but frustrating.

I finished the tree and cardinal prizes. I had 10 trees and 7 cardinal nests and used the 100% harvest buffs on trees and stables and bought a mower buff from the farm coin store. I also used power feed on stables. I never saw an increase in cardinals from the +1 prize as it never changed from the amount I was getting from a 100% harvest buff and the mower buff. Still 1 key away from accessing the top of the mountain and hope to start it tomorrow.

I think I am lollapalooza'd out. I'm bored with the board games. Baby farms are still struggling along. Back to normal farming for this farm and SL's. Just continuing to collect board game tokens and play them for goodies.

 

I still have enough desire for the board game and collecting coins, even though the main goals of stables, trees and a row of clouds have been achieved a long time ago.

It took significantly less resources than I expected, the board game produced almost all the necessary fertilizers.

The most important thing was to make sure that there were enough Festive Cookies to reduce the production time to 10 hours.
Stables and trees were therefore efficiently produced.

On vacation, I saw family, ate well and had a good life and completed the event along the way.

Just mentioned that yesterday morning I had 14 BB, then palyed "some" BoardGames, UpperMountainVersioons and NOW don´t believe my eyes: 151 BB´s !

When I finished the event plants, quickly starting the so-called "initial cultivation" for which I got bonuses Party Ticket and Farm bonus crates and Crate O Buffs (original), I had less than 999 pieces of "Super-Grow" in my inventory.

Now I have of course also got Jumbo Trees, but by playing exclusively the "Winter Market Board" board game, fields 1 and 2, that Super-Grow, so that my balance is up to 4976 pieces.

I'm not cheating, but almost 4000 have actually become more, after all 90% of the times you get 12+9 from the first section and 6+9 from the second or some other amount.

It's worth it - I would say - I would advise, if you just want to collect it!

I want to and there's almost a week to go...

p.s. without editing: if only I remembered to buy all the Trivia Points and Gear Coins from the event store... if only I remembered...

And as "sapeli" above says - i Get lot´s of BB´s too, now all circles are "not BB anymore" -versions!
