The text reads that we are getting a neon SAWMILL. I am trying to remember if we have any other neon workshops or if this is the first.

 

The horseback lesson (workshop for the horse) is the only neon workshop for now. The sawmill would be the second one.

 

Yeah, we do have neon upgrades for beavers and raccoons, but now we are going to have neon upgrades for beaver workshops(sawmills).

@Nordais, I'm afraid it's not the only one, we actually have two. Apart from Rodeo Ranch, we also have another neon workshop as well, Disguise Shop. So, there are two workshops with neon upgrades, horse(Rodeo Ranch) and raccoon(Disguise Shop).
