Mobile App

We are disappointed to hear that you are discontinuing mobile app.
It has been a valuable tool for us, and we truly enjoy the game.
I request you to reconsider this decision,

I was also disappointed to hear that the mobile app, which I only heard about recently, is going to be discontinued. I haven't really used it much but I was getting used to it and was hoping I could use it while travelling.
It's a shame and I do understand that it has been difficult to support but wish it could remain a feature.

 

My presumption is that the game itself is made to be an online version, with continuous access. The mobile app could barely support the events, and they need a dedicated team for it - when I searched the updated version on the App Store, all the updates were done for every single event, which shows that they had to connect everything/every time.

While I understand the logistics behind it (as I work as a business manager), I also see the risks they are taking. Without a way to log in, most people decide to "quit" the game over summer time, because you cannot stay glued to a computer, like you do in the winter time.
I mean, real farmers are meant to be outside, more so in summer.

I wish they would have thought this through more so now, because a lot of other people would join the community through an online app. Is long proven that the mobile apps are superior to the website games due to the easy access.
At the moment, for me, it is extremely difficult to login without the laptop, as the websites on the mobile just restart non stop, takes forever to log in and be able to do something, with the harvester of course.
