Firefly festival - can´t make lanterns ON

I can't get the lanterns / or Lamps to light up, I can click on the first one and it lights up, I wait a moment, I try to light the second lantern that is part of the combo or is extra, now only the FIRST lamp that was lit goes out and the second one chosen lights up.

The same thing continues, I light the third one and the second one goes out and the first one stays off!

I've played this type of mission/events SO MANY TIMES and never had any problems, I've only had to wait for the "redeem" button.

Now I can't get there with any combo or any lamp combination!

Is it really impossible for maintenance to help, I don't think I'm the only player who wonders.
What does "reboot" mean in that discussion thread?

Exiting the event with the "back" button and going back does not change the situation, I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers, and on several game accounts (including my girlfriend's) and only one light bulb lights up at a time!

What to do?

Or do I want support to put the over 3000 Green Fertilizer Drops I used back into my player account?

After every light you have to click on deliver, then it stays on. After you have the whole combo redeem show up .

OK, BEFORE read this I try so-called "suicide-mission" and try that without knowing what happens and it works...
