Sticker Serie - Why upgraded stickers from previous serie are not there?

This is a repost from the General Issues section. I followed Farmers.Almanac's suggestions with no effect (clearing cache, etc., though I was using the client). Can you please check my account as Farmers.Almanac also suggested? My userid nbr. is 35535324. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

After I have unlocked the Orange Album I noticed no Orange Stickers were ready to be placed when I should have had a very high number from the previous serie. There were none. I should have had to craft only 20 new ones (if there were 205, I don't know) to be able to unlock the Red Album, but, no, I had to start from zero. So, I did it, underestimating what it would imply.

I now find that I'm stuck, unable to go any further -having reached only 67% of the requirement to unlock the Red Album-, with all stickers practically exhausted and no way I can see that I can get to unlock the Red Album or craft 125 additional Orange Stickers to then convert them into 125 Red ones (because, having seen what happened with the Orange ones, I suppose the same thing happens with the Red ones, none).

It's impossible for me to fix it. What did I do wrong? OR, better, why weren't the previous upgraded stickers there? When was this changed? It's very frustrating.

I've checked your previous Sticker Season Series to see what you should have begun this series with.

Sticker Series 5 Albums:

64 Yellow Stickers were placed
48 Orange Stickers were placed
105 Red Stickers were placed

Sticker 6 Series Albums and actions made today:
240 Yellow Stickers were placed
102 Yellow Stickers were upgraded to Orange. 150 (102 +48 previously) were placed
You haven't opened the Red Album yet, but the 105 Red stickers from last season are waiting for you.
You have 29 stickers in Inventory that you can use to either paste in the Yellow Album or upgrade for the Orange Album.

I don't see anything missing.

Thanks so much, Farmers.Almanac. You're for sure right and I got confused and didn't notice that I had 48 Orange Stickers already.

BUT, can that be right? -I mean, only 48- --> In the previous serie, the requirement to unlock the Red Album was as low as only 48? I've read in the FAQ that it was 205. Since I certainly unlocked the Red Album in previous serie, that means I had 205 Orange Stickers placed for sure. then, it follows the obvious question: Where are the other 157? Or am I missing something? Because that's the whole reason I am stuck now.

EDIT: Given Nordais' comment below, I correct one of my previous statements --> "I've read in the FAQ that it was 205" --> What I read is that that was the requirement for getting the maximum buffing in that category, and I wrongly assumed the same crierion was applied then. But, thanks to Nordais' comment, I now recall I got a much lower buffing in that category, so, that's probably the reason of what's happening.

this is the first time that so many orange stickers are needed to open up the red album. That bar is set so close to the top to unlock the red album, it's not even funny. I've always been able to fill the red album on the first day, but not this time around. I had to craft tonnes of orange stickers and ran out of glue because of all that orange sticker pasting...

 

Thanks, Nordais. That's probably the reason. The problem is that I now see almost no way to get both the Red Album unlocked and then craft 20 additional Orange Stickers to be able to craft and place the new 20 Red ones. Because I won't have enough stickers. Not even buying both the lucky coins bundle and package. Increasing that unlocking threshold by over 300% in one shot is absurd. if that's what's happening. Extremely frustrating.

 

Nordais is correct in that the number of stickers required to open the Red album has increased since last series. The series lasts for 90 days so there is reason to think you can accomplish the task over the next few months.

The only remaining doubt is what was the number of Orange Stickers required to unlock the Red Album in past serie. I'd thank you if you can inform us on the matter. I don't know if it's somewhere stated in FAQ but I couldn't find it. FRom now onwards, I'll right those thresholds down.

BP has not published the thresholds for opening the Orange and Red Albums. I can only advise you to take note of it when you are able to open them so you have those numbers for your records.
