I can very much relate. A handful of tips to hopefully ease things (please take any that might help and ignore the rest) - apply salve round your eyes (anything very simple and gentle, no perfume or alcohol) and under your nose before you leave the house and wash it off after you get home. Either wash or at least comb your hair to try and rid yourself of as much pollen as possible and change your clothes, especially before you enter your bedroom. Try using an extra pillow to stay as upright as you're able to sleep to try and ease the cough a little. Oh and, if you can stand it, try chewing gum (or taking regular sips of water), especially while you are out walking. (At least for me, the drier my throat gets, the nastier the coughing and sneezing...) Best of luck and my utmost sympathies. I love spring and nature and blossoming flowers, but I wished pollen found their path into nice fertile soil rather than people.
@Nordais Thanks for your amazing advice. I've got a fine start to the event and it's all thanks to you. :D

Octroo, thank you so much for your detailed and informative advice. The worst part is the cough; it doesn't stop day or night, it's very tiring, and it causes headaches and chest pain. I had another coughing fit yesterday and vomited twice. Yes, I try to drink water constantly to prevent my throat from drying out, and when I start chewing gum, my nose, face, and eyes itch, so I'm allergic to that too. Sometimes I use herbal lozenges and drink plenty of water. I wish there was a cure that would completely eliminate this, Octroo. I hope you are well and everything is alright. PrairieMaiden23, pollen levels have been very high here for a month now, and I hope you all have a healthy spring. Best wishes to everyone, thank you so much. Nordais, thank you for your kind wishes.

@ç.çiftçi That sounds really grim, I'm so sorry. If the cough persists that severely and despite the antihistamines, perhaps it would be wise to have a more thorough check-up to make sure there's not a different underlying issue beyond the allergies? All I can really offer is advice grown out of trying to soothe my own allergies. Your doctor could check if you've got the right type and dose of meds to handle your symptoms. I really hope this gets back down to a more bearable level and soon.

@Nordais Sorry for asking for so much guidance, but do you think long-term crops or event crops for the nights? (Or does that depend on my crop vs. drop ratio?)

Does anyone else think the first puzzle in the center we have to do start it off is really pretty? The spider queen? :inlove:It's such an enchanting aesthetic. I also noticed that the puzzle pic stays up now so that we can see it and doesn't disappear right away as soon as we finish it like in past jigsaw puzzle events which is a wonderful improvement.

This event awards 5 Victorian Greenhouse- What is the Victorian Greenhouse? Was that a prize from some time in the past? Is there a way to get one now?

To get 5 upgrades is nice unless you do not have the main building to upgrade!

Perhaps the cause isn't just pollen allergy, but also the fact that I've had allergic asthma for years. I had another night of severe coughing and sleeplessness. Thanks again for the helpful advice, Octroo.

Depending on your goal, the amount of event crop needed from just one field means sowing event crops all the time (for me). My Mushroom Forest is totally opened and I have already 444/1160 empty spools on mybaby farm. If you have too much event crops and you are missing drops to mill items, take that night break to grow the longuest time crop you can for drops.

If you already know that you cannot finish the event, aim for puzzle #17 first to get the two copies of the best giver of the event. There is no real great prizes to be won in this event, besides that giver, so you could even decide to stop there and work on opening more of the Mushroom Forest sections. Do not forget that you can skip gold & diamond steps and move to the next level of a FSQ: ex. if the FSQ has 6 levels with the section being opened at the level 6 diamond step, just do the silver steps of level 1 to 5 and then the entire level 6.

It was automatically booked once the first upgrades were offered for BBs. Unless you haven't opened your farm for a few days at the beginning of the month, it should be in your inventory or already on one of the giver parks.

EDIT: For all players, don't lose time and crops by milling only 2-3 pieces at a time, make sure that you can at least reach a prize from either completing a puzzle or reaching a step on the "puzzle pieces played" chart.
