City Tasks

Do we actually lose the items we harvest to fulfill a task? Regular or masterclass? I haven't actually checked. I've completed the second set of masterclass challenges on this farm, but SL's farm has to harvest 13 belted galloways on the main farm, so when those are ready to harvest I'm going to see how many are in inventory BEFORE and AFTER the harvest to see if the 13 are given unto the abyss of all things harvested to satiate BP or if they go into inventory. This experiment may greatly color my continued participation in this folly.

Last couple days have been crazy for me. This morning, I had zero time to farm. Just now getting around to doing what I can in between loads of laundry.

 

Thank everyone for their comments especially Puppies. I have not started it and now I shall not bother. Does anyone know how to get rid of that annoying popup? Good luck to those who continue, others can join me for morning coffee, kettle is on now.

Half way through my first cup of coffee. Today is supposed to be my sorta 'down day' because my friend comes over and we watch our favorite TV shows together. But first, I have to run across town to the in-laws' and run a couple errands. Oh, and the last load of laundry is in the dryer right now. And, I can't remember what comes after the and.

Okay, last night, I harvested SL's belted galloways. The 13 of them needed to fulfill the masterclass step went into the barn. So it just counts them and says "yup, this farm grew them" and they go in the inventory. Whew. If we're going to jump through their silly hoops at least we should get to keep what we reap. (Yes, David...it rhymes.)

 

Just completed Project Level 3 six Master Class tasks. This was the most easy (and quickest) level of the three. It took me 14 hours and I only needed 10PF to complete the last task!

1/6: Harvest 14 workshops on Green Meadow - EP reward
2/6: Use 51 manure on the Glade - 2 mulch reward (I only have 9 plots on the Glade so I planted cress over and over using manure to speed it up )
3/6: Start two productions in the Converter - country coins reward
4/6: Harvest 47 Moringa Pod on the Plantation - 2PF reward (I used four XXL Moringa trees with mulch and SSG)
5/6: Harvest 190 bamboo on the Plantation - 8 SG reward
6/6: Harvest 5 Shy Crocodile in the Breeding Pen - 4 SSG reward. (I used four purple pheromones to speed it up plus one red pheromone for a skip and 5 x4 (20) Swamp Crocodiles) I was lucky to have enough Swamp Crocs to do the five breedings. Because I wanted to finish and not have to deal with it tomorrow, I also bred 5 times from my stock of 18 Shy Crocodiles. I did the extra (unnecessary) breeding of Shy Crocodiles based on my experience of levels 1 and 2. Maybe it was a coincidence, or better yet, maybe BP is listening to our comments regarding the high cost of breedings from levels 1 and 2. Completion reward for level 3 tasks is 35PF!

I'm really enjoying this new addition to the game. Although the daily projects timer is off for me.
The new Masterclass is my favorite! I just wish there wasn't so much time before reset.
