I am super impressed that the masterclass asked SL's farm to grow an entire field of basil this morning on Green Meadow. Why am I bothering to do these tasks? I must be insane.

Anyway, as soon as I can harvest that and put in the event crop, I'm off to the in-laws. My house is getting a new roof and the noise level inside is maddening, so I'll go across town and see if that helps (trust me, it won't, I'm still looney tunes).

I am using CFs and am about halfway through the crops and only need another 200 drops - I thought that was pretty good. I haven't had any luck on the Wheel at all but there's still time!

I wish I could give these items to someone who needs them.

 

I don't understand this at all, even though I've been playing this game for 12 years or was it 13 years...

What time are we jumping to here, to the Stone Age, to the future, to a different task, CHANGING THE TASK or what ?

In the morning, both DROPS and CROPS are ready, but from one processing to another, other (breeding)EVENT would get that at the same time, but it would be nice to know what it "REALLY" does when it doesn't time travel anyway...

 

I don't understand the purpose of the time switch, either, Nuubi! If I use it, do I get the prizes that the donation would have provided? I bet not. So then, it's not worth it, is it? And I'm not trying one to find out, either.

So this morning, is PM23's turn to grow crops for the masterclass on green meadow. So the quandary is: do I waste four hours of growing time on LILACS or do I just let the timer run out and start over again. I'm thinking I'm going to let it reset. This farm doesn't have the resources to waste to use green goo and propellors on lilacs and I need to keep growing the event crop or I won't get this event finished. I'm only able to harvest a couple times a day due to ongoing RL fun. So something has to give and it's the masterclass when it does stuff like this.

Edited to add: Okay, I wasted the useless time switches so you don't have to: they just move you to the next scene. It does NOT reward you the goodies from the skipped step and when you go back the skipped scene you still have to do the step that you did not do. So it's only worth using if you're short whatever is needed to donate to that scene.

To the kind farmers sending me drops, thank you - I no longer need them. I am finished. Had many crop bonuses so that helped with green goo and a week off work! Back to the grind tomorrow
