    I still have some wooly coins as a reward for completing the Sunday at the Farm FSQ.

    Connected to this quest is the Fuzzles' Goods Shop. Under the miscellaneous tab, there is a giver (a mouse holding an umbrella) that states the following:

    Increased drop chances for all resources on all fields. Bonus 5% Time: 06:00 h. Limited offer 0/1

    Is this giver only for a 'one-time' use after purchase, or is it a permanent giver similar to a howie donut?
