Okay, this might sound silly, but do Masterclass Levels actually mean anything?
I know that I finished all three levels once when Masterclass was first introduced. Now I'm trying to finish level 1 and it wanted me to breed three dotted Tortoises which didn't seem like it would happen anytime soon. (I have two rubies, not twelve and I don't like breeding outside of babyboom in any case.)
So since I was nearly done (finished 5/6), I decided to try the PF option and switched my task.
Now it's 10 Sharktooth necklaces. So I unlocked Sharks (I have a Neon Shark Stable so it was time to try and do that anyway) and one Sharktooth Necklace is supposed to take ~15 hours. I have 45 left. So technically I'd now need several Sharktooth workshops to complete one task.
Question - does it feel like level 1 Masterclass is in any way easier than the other levels?
I was lower in both level and resources when I completed all three levels, so I'm wondering how your experience with finishing the second and third level compare to completing the first.
(I'd try to conduct my own studies, but I doubt I'll manage to make it past level one often enough for any significant insight.)

I think we each have to decide if it's worth it. For me, I'm enjoying the challenge and I've completed each level/full set of tasks since they began. I'm not sure at what level I am now, but this morning, I did manage to complete the most recent one. The final task for that was asking that I complete a customer's order. As I previously posted in another thread, that task when done in EV did not count. This morning at the start of my farming day, I went to Season to do orders and after completing five different customer orders the MC registered the task complete. I'd send a screen shot, but don't know how, so will describe how the task looks:

Fill all of a customer's orders (and underneath the indicator bar it shows 5/5).

It dawned on me that 5/5 is an indicator I needed to either do the same customer 5 times, or do five different customer orders. Customer orders typically range from 3-4 tasks to completely fill an order.

My post under the Technical Issues thread asking about the semantics of texts and the confusion is has caused, is waiting a response.

At the risk of my usual rambling and challenge of being concise (my brain doesn't process concise well!), here's what I see when I click on the MC scroll:

Statue on the left current/longest streak 18/18; window with Master Class at the top; project 6/6; 57hrs; clipboard: fill all of a customer's orders followed by a checkmark; green bar 5/5 with my reward of 15 orange coins; scroll with six red wax seals and the final reward of 30 PF; project level 3

I think all of mine have been level 3

I have to say that except for the confusion interpreting the intent of some tasks, the last two series have been much easier than the ones prior. Also, one of my early MC tasks gave the Stubfoot Toad as a final completion reward. This in itself made it worth it despite the challenge of breeding. (none of my multiple wonder stables turned into the toad) My last two MC tasks did not require any breeding, so maybe that's something we cycle through. Imo, at my level and with the resources I've acquired, I enjoy doing this at my own pace. Since I scaled back on doing events, so I have no conflict with that and MC. Rewards beyond the Stubfoot Toad, have not been exciting for me.

I'm sure this does not answer your question. Perhaps MC is somewhat like EV...it will grow on you, or you will find it's not worth the effort. We each seem to have our personal reasons for what we enjoy and why we continue to play. :)
