I purchased two cotton Pekers. They were supposed to give me a gift every day, but the gifts never arrived. Could you please tell me why? I only received a gift on the first day; I didn't receive any gifts on the subsequent days. ID: 1708177

The option to purchase the Superfriend was a visual display only, and therefore the purchase did not go through. Nothing was deducted from your account, and that is the reason you haven't received any gifts.

The "Super Friend (cotton Peker)" offer states that they will give a gift every day for 14 days. It appears on my neighbor list, and the purchase was completed. I don't understand where the problem is. I received my gift on the very first day I purchased it.

 

I mistakenly thought you meant you purchased the Superfriend using Barnyard Bills and those are the logs I checked. I apologize.

I see you purchased them on 17 April and you have been booked the following rewards:

17 Apr - 4 Suzy's Super Grow and Yellow Horned Health pen
18 Apr - 10 Florist Wire and 1 Strawberry Muffin
19 Apr - 10 Florist Wire and 15 TEP x Bah Level

You won't get a pop up message if you have gift notifications turned off.
