Yard Sale Hijinks

This is a new type of event: it is composed of a personal part and a community part.

Event drops that can come from crops and trees:

Ally Gator coupon	Walter Stoat coupon	Clover coupon	Fuzzy McFluff coupon	String Bag

Each cutomer will require differents tasks pertaining to s specified item:

Fuzzy McFluff Asks to use SG, SSG, Event drops, etc	Walter Stoat Tasks relating to trees
Clover Tasks relating to animals	Ally Gator Tasks relating to crops

The client orders will be found in the Bargain Hunters Section (left side of the event screen).

Players will be able to exchange their own personal coupons they won with other players for different coupons at a one for one exchange ratio. This will be done in the Trading Section (center of the event screen).

Players must keep their level high to earn more points. There are two cloud row available that must be unlocked by the entire community after reaching a set amount of points:



Some event items will be out to help players keep their level, change tasks or stop a chronometer:

Liquid Energy	Streak Pin	Lock
This allows you to exchange tasks. The timer then restarts. One exchange is free, subsequent exchanges will require Liquid Energy. The more you exchange, the higher the price. A task can be exchanged up to 5 times per day.	This can save your streaks. If you have these in your inventory, they will be automatically applied to tasks where there is a risk of breaking your streak.	This allows you to freeze the timer. This function can only be used once per client. It is not possible to apply it to two tasks simultaneously. The timer is stopped when used, giving you more time to complete a task. The freeze function cannot be manually deactivated; it is only released when the task is completed.

The third game section is one with a spinning wheel with the help of the Golden Egg


4 of the Yard Sale tolken will be available in this event, they are needed in the Farm Cup 2026 Event to unlock prizes and Fan Goodies needed to play the football/soccer event.

Gads, just starting my day in the game as I got a late start this morning. I have no intention of doing the soccer event, but will check out the Yard Sale - who can resist a potential bargain?! Thanks so much Northy for your ever valiant efforts to make sense of the (murky to me) FAQs- and for the lovely visual charts. Take care all, and best of luck.

 

I just want to point out that the table shown above is the global total of points, so players will get the cloud rows only if the community can get there!

The mention about the ID# divided by 3 comes from the French forum, the only place that I could find it.

The Yard Sale Tokens can be found in Fuzzy McFluff: 2 tokens at level 1 (336 & 408 game points marks), 1 token level 2 (581 game points mark) and 1 token level 3 (598 game points mark). I have no idea what that represents in effort nor how much inventory must be spent to get there.

 

I'll go as far as I can on this farm and SL's...hoping we can get the global contributions for the CRs!

Hmmm...might even see if I can do a little on the baby farms (but don't hold your breath on that one).

I'll give it a go, even though the picture is still a bit fuzzy in my head due to RL. Mostly when I get started on an event, the logic of it slowly kicks in then crystalises due to this Forum and I get into 5th gear.

The event has been delayed by 2 hours. Once it's launched, I'll be updating the strategy. I feel like my first post is not exactly right...

 

This event has been ruined! It's absolutely horrible.

 

If I understand it correctly, the game will start at 16:00 hrs, so TWO hours later than normal (not wanting to be nit picking, but trying to avoid people starting late looking for the event ).

Found this info on the Hungarian forum:

I did the math though...

For one-star tasks, you get 20-20-21-22-23-24-25-25-25... points if you always complete them on time.
For two-star tasks, you get 60-60-63-66-69-72-75-75-75... points if you always complete them on time.
For three-star tasks, you get 160-160-168-176-184-192-200-200-200... points if you always complete them on time.

This means that for the full progress bar for the bunny, the weasel and the crocodile - per character! - you have to do
26 one-star, 18 two-star and 10 three-star tasks. This is a total of 3555 game points per animal.
A little more than the raccoon: 28/19/10 tasks. This is a total of 3810 points.

Every day, this means solving about 4 one-star, 3 two-star and 1-2 three-star tasks per character.

If you only want the two clouds, which are in the global progress bar, then you need fewer points (assuming that others are enthusiastically participating). For the first cloud, you need to reach 1597 points for all animals, and 1695 for the raccoon. For both clouds, you need 2662/2825 points."​

It seems impossible to understand what happened; I wish there was a detailed video. I didn't think there would be any fall during the incident, but apparently there was. I hadn't prepared anything and now I'm undecided, I did nothing.

 

I've updated the strategy. I'm still waiting to see if we only get 1 coupon assigned per player. The 2h delay meant that I had to harvest before the event started so I'm not sure what I can get...

I just noted we can gift Energy Drinks and we can get them from Magic Trees!

I have dabbled a bit and see that you do not have to click the ones you are "going" to do, you can click them when you have carried out an action. For instance, "Use 91 Manure". Use enough manure and then click the green arrow. One task done. I shall probably check it out first in the morning and if it includes things I would normally do, I will just harvest as normal and hope to knock a few things off the list.

On the personal points (I think) listing, I have 20/620, 60/1,215 and 160/1720 so not bad for someone who didn't have a clue what they were doing!
There might be a light at the end of this very dark tunnel!
