Any problems with soccer games

    I have played 2 games and am missing stars and ball upgrade.
    Game 1 - all three options showed only star in the net, your screenshot shows 2-3.
    Game 2 - same, only 1 star for all three scoring options and I did not get ball upgrade.

    Please fix my account.

    Every game I played had only the one star. The ball upgrades where ok for me, that is why I thought that 1 star in each goal was how it was this time.
    I know the pictures in the faq show more stars in the goals but I thought it was just a copy/paste mistake. If my thoughts where wrong, can someone please take a look at my account. Thanks!

    The list of prizes are in these charts:

    Only coloured prizes are guaranteed with each game, plus 1 random item from the rest of the list.
    The layouts on the soccer games were from an old version. As we still have not received new layout pics, I have deleted them from the FAQ.

    LadyMyst, Each Game rewards 1 x Star Coin only.

    I understand the chart and don't have a problem with that. The issue is incorrect FAQ about number of stars won... in two places, the attachments and the shots explaining game. If you know that the number have been changed then at least it should be clearly mentioned and explained in the FAQ.

    Sorry I'm so direct but there is so many problems with this event I got irritated and spend hours trying to figure out what's going on.

    How about ball upgrades? It shows me Stage 2 and the button above Claim is grayed out and says 0/1 Upgrade. Is this correct, do I have 2 ball upgrades?

    The button above the green Claim button is the Ball Pump which is a potential award for games 8 and 9. If you win a ball pump, it will advance you 1 upgrade when you claim it.
