    I have reached Level 7- Team Bunny but no Strikers Chips or Medals have been credited. What I am doing wrong? The coloured items from the chart has not been credited.

    When you finish charge 9 or when you claim it earlier you will become the rewards

    Hello marlenef24,

    you do not get the prizes listed in the charts unless you claim them by hitting the claim button just bellow the ball on the mini game screen.The higher the level of the ball, the better the prizes are. You chose at what stage you want to clain the prizes. The maximum level is 9 for the ball, once you reach it the prizes will be automatically credited to your inventory and the ball's level will drop down to 0. Just to be clear, the two prizes written in blue will be booked to your account and you will get just one random of the prizes written in black.

    To get the giver and its upgrade, you will need to play 27 mini games with the rabbit's team. This will give you the 9 Strikers Chips and 24 medals to help you unlock the cloud rows.
