Paws and Recreation

I am only milling Deluxe lures. Oddly enough, I noticed that fishing after milling one or two lures, brought a better result. When I had one or two at a time, I consistently caught marlins. Today, I had seven and used one after the other, and while I got three fish per catch, I had only one marlin and the rest were split between the three below the marlin. Maybe a coincidence, or as Flower says, Nuubi 'overfished'!

Also having a dearth of drops despite using long grow on Meadow and Howies on both fields.

 

Yesterday was a whopper for us. Almost reached 100 degrees. We did well and were grateful for our customers who were happy to see us back at the market.

But, the heat took a toll. I never even opened my computer when we got home. So I'm a day behind, but I think I can still get through this.

Drops are indeed the issue with this particular event. Long timed overnight crops are the only way to go. I'm just hoping to get to the CR...anything after that is gravy.

 

Cloud row is up, will be activated tomorrow morning with the rest. I was able to get the 4th token last night. I only used a 100% in the diamond slot with fruit cake, white innocence, SG and SSG. The drops limited thingsm but not by that much. I have in inventory enough for 3 more mini games, so misson 105 drops for those. Marlins are scarse in my neck of the woods (er.... pond). Still, I gad enough of the ger coins to get all the most valuable things, so right now it is just gravy!

 

I have the Cloud Row up and running and had enough crops, drops and locs to mill 6 Deluxe lures for the 59 I used Premium!
So to any friends and neighbors I am now done with fishing so no longer need the pocketknife! Thanks and good luck to all!

 

I just finished and won the CR!!! I don't remember having a middle step of having to get medal locks to mill lures before? Using animals or breeding animals was a little painful.
Thanks to generous friends & neighbors for much needed drops....please give to others that are still working towards goal.

Six more fishing lures to reach the CR...stopped using Deluxe and Premium and just normal now. Have the crops, planting long grow and moving Howies to gather the needed drops. Good luck everyone still fishing! Congratulations to those who reached the CR!


Update: Just reached the CR and that was my goal (no pun intended!).

 

This was the new thang BP came up with to empty our inventory... But that's OK, I used the 700k fishes I have to make the donations!

 

All done here too. I used about 134 Forest Cats for the Locks.
I still found that the fishing part is very random. Maybe I wasn't made to be a fisherperson.
I did all Premium Lures - to get more prizes and I worked out I could manage that with the time I had.
On my way home now after a week visiting family and doing other things in England.

@davidb1yth007 Did you consider doing a pop-up sushi or sashimi bar...they are quite popular
