Do all the buffs from pets and givers placed in the Pet Resort apply to all main farm and baha fields?

It depends on the Buff that the giver provides. If it is a buff that is field dependent, it will award TEP. If it is a buff that only awards EP, that is what it will award regardless of where it is placed.

Just one more question to clarify: In the inventory, when hovering over, for example, The Hatsheepsut's Tomb II the buff description is written as EP/TEP bonus: 130% but it only states TEP below the image (without hovering); and the other example is: Relaxing Doc Marigold II, the buff description is written as: More EP or TEP for your giver, and states only a TEP value below the image (without hovering).

These descriptions where viewed whilst in the Baha Pet Resort.

It seems logical that the information written as: More EP or TEP blah blah, relates purely to the area/field the buff/giver is placed, i.e.normal farm or baha farm.

Does the information written as EP/TEP bonus relate to all fields in all farms?

Both decos are field dependent, when in inventory, it shows as EP/TEP. When you are on a field to place it, it will show as EP if placing on main lands or TEP for tropical lands.

I think you are mixing things between the EP/TEP that the giver gives out vs the buff it offers. Once you click on the giver, the buff will be shown in your Crest for your farm on the upper left side of the screen. The EP/TEP amount you see hovering is field related and is not the buff. You could see the buff effect on a crop, tree or stall after activating the giver.
