I also am now waiting for my next harvest to plant my first 5 paint jar seeds...I did the first sloth quest in the other event, couldn't make the second one because of the drops, and have given myself permission to skip the rest :) I figure I should still be on time to get the cloud row in this event, and anything else will be icing on the cake. I will just see what I can get when I get there.

I got the hanging vine. It was a nice event. I targeted the hanging vine first; now I'll work on earning tokens for special gifts. Good luck to those who are continuing. Happy gaming, everyone! :)

Are you guys playing a different event? I'm stuck on the card game; I finished two decks, but now I'm stalled on the third—Squares 1 and 2 won't open.

It's the same event. I didn't have any trouble with the card games. Try playing more carefully; I'm sure you'll succeed.

Which game are you playing? Does it have a grid with one, two or three bars? The ones with one little bar, you can only move/insert a 6 to an empty square, the one with two bars you can only move/insert a 9 to an empty square and the ones with three bars, only a King can be moved/inserted in an empty square. ;)

I found I have no problem with the Alchemist Brew, I have restarted some games (the three bar ones!) several times, always have enough and always revert to 200 - not sure how that happens but happy it does. :D

I have the CR up and running, I have bought the Holly Tree so I now have two. :inlove:

Somehow I miscalculated (no surprise there) and must grow more crops to finish and get enough Gear Coins for at least an Oak Lantern Moth but would early love the Piccolo Boxes and BBs - think I am maybe being a little greedy but that's the aim. :music:

I’ve completed all the levels and am currently replaying the 14 levels that award wheel tokens; it’ll be great to get those extra rewards. Good luck to everyone.

My only wish right now is to solve this game—to reveal the last remaining 1st and 2nd cards.

If you are lucky with the distribution of the suits you might be able to reverse engineer that, if the game allows you to take cards from the top row and put them back in the lower slot set (I have no cards to test that at the moment...). If you can work yourself backwards far enough to get a black 3 down in the bottom that you can put the red 2 on to free up the Ace. Ideally you want to try and work the top row evenly, my rule is not to turn in cards more than one number apart from each other (for example, I won't put a 4 up in the top until the top row has completed all the 2's ect.) I have only had two games where I had to pull a card, one was an ace such as you have there, and the other was a 6 to be able to work the bottom row better.

Kitsu is right, you can pull the cards from the top piles. Always go through you card deck to see if you have the Aces there. Take the advantage of moving cards that will help you reveal another one. Once you have enough brews, look for the Ace(s) that you are missing. Take the 14 brews by adding a card to the straight instead of just putting up in the sorted piles. If you have almost 200 brews, go look for the card that will help you must to pull up that card on your sorted piles.

Just a trick, you can click the right button on your mouse to get the cards to stack up (don't know if every player knows this).

I play a lot of solitaire games (in the evenings when I'm too stupid to sew - literally - DH doesn't ever again want to hear me scream because I've put the needle of an industrial sewing machine through my fingertip), so these games are really easy if you're a seasoned solitaire player. The only time I've ever had to use the magic purple stuff is when there's a low card buried under something, which is seldom.

Watch your high cards. They are what you use to fill the "holes" - if you need to move a red 5 (or 8 or queen) then you want to be sure to fill that hole with a black 6, 9 or king or vice versa if you've got a black card sitting on top of a pile (suit really doesn't matter beyond red or black and piling them up to finish the game).

Also, remember to try to make a really long pile - get as much purple stuff as you can if you are under 200!

Almost half of the two-week event is left and the so-called mandatory (i.e. non-repeatable games) have been played.

Possibly three, maybe only two times I have been close to "tricking" myself into a dead end, but not once did I have to redo the entire game with 25 purple cards.

My own tip is of course the same as others, it is not ALWAYS the BEST POSSIBLE way to use VIOLET cards to look for Aces, sometimes it is much smarter to look for so-called middle numbers, depending on the number of cards in the current offer, than to put the Aces in place.

Personally, the worst situation is a GOOD START, in the most difficult game, for example:
you get 2 kings in empty places and so a few places are filled in such a way that there are intermediate cards on the bottom, for example between 4-8 and then unfortunately kings or queens on top in other decks, then you have to play really SLOWLY and look...

for example, if you need the number 8, how many are visible in the field places and whether they are already in the top decks, this way you make sure that if you "search with purple" you get exactly the eight of the land you need if the other 3 are known where they are, try to catch my thought.

Now at least I will do those 14 Gear Coins prizes repeatedly!

    Have a good game everyone!

    edit:
I forgot to mention that I personally find it strange that there is another event coming to the Head and Green Meadow game areas at the same time... OF COURSE it is "not CR-containing" and at first glance it seems more aimed at BEGINNER players with stars and bananas than at those who have been playing for a long time, but strange, anyway. I will still be doing this Solitaire event with priority ONE for a few more days...
