new server please

please switch my account to a different server/host.
i have 2 other farms on different servers that have no issues whatsoever with gameplay but this farm is terrible for gameplay... lagging, crashing, having to constantly reload /f5, load one field, try to switch to harvest next field and bam...non compliance! very frustrating to the point im loosing the patience to play the game with this account
i know its not my end as the other two farms i have work fine...its just when i log into this one...which is located on a differnet server/host

 

Hello arun6789,

It is not possible to switch your server. As you play multiple farms, this can happen at times. The only thing you can do is regular clearing of your browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser for that farm to see if it helps.

yes, already done all of the obvious things with no improvement. even run this farm in edge and the others in firefox, still problems loading parts of the farm. when i hover the mouse over the midnight world on the farm map, the pop up says "this way to the artisans village" ! clicking all over the farm map and nothings happening, f5, reload, enter one field, come out onto faem map to enter another field and we're back to non compliance. even logging out of the game, restarting firefox then relogging in makes no improvements.
now im no programming genius but even you can agree thats not right! this, after clearing the cache, history and restarting firefox.
interestingly the other 2 farms...mcasparky and upa70 work fine and smoothly! but they are on different servers

 

I cannot see the coupons I earned in the game for 3 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours... I click on the consumables, but unfortunately, they aren't there... Could you please help?

You can find your Harvest Helper Coupons by clicking the arrow on the right side of the Harvest Machinery. If you need further helps, please post your own thread.

Have you tried using the Standalone Client for the problem farm?

i used to use the stand alone client before you made the major changes earlier in the year...since then it will not work on any of my accounts, the client launches, waits then turns off. if i check in task manager it see it initiate then i disappears as it shuts down. ive deleted it, even got a fresh windows installation and latest download version of the client, it will initiate but not connect to the server and run the client. im running window 7 with all the latest (last) official updates and security patches as microsoft no longer offer support for win7.
i raised this problem when the change happened months ago and the assistance i got then did not help or solve the problem with the client not loading....which is why i have had to resort to running the game in browser mode. believe me i much prefered the client gameplay, it was quicker and smoother. i just cant get the client to work.

 

Yes, your operating system is probably not compatible with the Standalone Client any longer. Is there another computer you can use just to see if the Game works?

i have tried loading the game in the browser on both my sons and my daughters pc's and they both have the same issues as i have on my pc. neither of their pc's have ever played or loaded farmerama in their browsers. both are new pc's a year old running windows 10, my sons pc is a custom build gaming pc with the highest specs. processor, ram, graphics and ssd.....but the same issues as my old pc running win7.
funnily, i logged in this account this morning and it seemed to be running smoothly like the other 2 accounts but as soon as i went to the park thats when the issues start if i hover over the park on the farm map it glitches from park,edelweiss and city, then when i enter the park i get the non compliance from the game. however...if i close the browser, log back in and do not enter the park...the rest of the map and game appear to run as normal
so for now i have to avoid entering the park but that means i can not harvest my magic tree for drops or any of my other givers on the park field.
could there be something wrong with the park???

 

There are no issues with the Game that would be causing your Game to lag. Have you tried turning off animations in game settings to see if that helps and try turning Graphics quality down to see if that does anything?

dont have animations on ever.
just been through all the setting , all animations are off as with all my accounts...and sounds too.....hate them interfering with gameplay tbh.
its just happening again. i have entered the park and harvested givers ... as soon as i open up anything from the left sidebar, shop, inventory, move/delete bar it goes to pot...the page becomes upresponsive, i cant even exit the park or log out of the game, im stuck in limbo in the park. f5 refreshes the game but puts me back into the park where im stuck!
i now have to close the browser, relog into the game and totaly avoid the park.
this is on 3 seperate pcs all with different specs in windows 7, 10 and 11.

there is definitely something weird going on in the park....and its not even halloween!!!

 

and im now in this account on the same pc yet there are no issues with the park at all!
if it was my pc loading the script in error, inferior specs, problem with my browser loading script or something like that then it would happen on all the accounts that this pc loads...but no, only arun6789 account.
i dont know what else i can tell you that will help identify the problem...it is only on that one account, the others have no issues on this pc.
that account has the same issues on other pc's that i experience on this pc.
do the logics....its not this pc!
something is affecting the gameplay on the park field on 3 different pc's with different browsers.
the only difference between all three accounts when using this or any other pc is the servers they are linked to.

 

I have cleared your server cache to see if that would help and tested the farm. I wasn't able to navigate properly either. I have forwarded the issue to the Game Team for further review to see if we can locate the problem.

Just as a suggestion that may or may not work, maybe consider deleting the givers on the park and replacing them one by one to perhaps see which one may be the trigger.

We will update you when we have more information.

Edit: The problem is caused from the breeding pens you have in the park. Please remove them and you should be able to navigate around the farm easily again.

i have managed to clear all the givers off the park but the pens refuse to leave..i think they may be possessed
ive tried manually, using the tractor to do everything at once....they will not budge!
i can move them around but not delete them.
is it possible that someone could enter my account and edit the script from the park to delete them... i can not do it from my pc...they refuse to leave.

 

The breeding pens have been deleted. Your park is now empty and ready for use again.

thank you for identifying the issue...i knew i was not going mad...yet!

everything seems to be working as normal for now so...fingers crossed the issue has been resolved.
pens are staying firmly in my inventory forever more.
i appreciate most of you are volunteers in this role for the farmerama developers and as such, there are limitations to what you can do regarding issues like this. thankfully it was passed on to the team that where able to identify such a small simple thing that was causing such a big problem with the gameplay...and a huge headache for me!
