We need a little help from you!

We'd like to learn more about how well Farmerama is currently working on different
computers.

Some Farmers are experiencing problems starting or loading the game. Your
answers can help our developers understand what these cases may have in
common and investigate possible causes.

Even if Farmerama works perfectly for you, please take part! Working setups are
just as useful for comparison.

At times I'll get an "Error 204" or "Error 404", something like that. If so, I try Firefox browser and check the forum in case something is going on.

I was having, for months, a freeze when I changed locations on the map, but for the last two months (?) it has been smooth as silk. Appreciate whatever changed!

About twice a day, generally when I leave AV and return to the main farm, the display freezes. I wait about a minute and then need to do a reload/refresh/F5 in order to continue moving about the farm and completing tasks.

Every couple of days when logging onto the browser version, the window presents with a grey screen where the game window displays and stays like this for more than a couple of minutes. I then just close down the browser version and usually have no trouble with the standalone client.
