Feedback How do you play Farmerama?

Hello Farmers,

Computer, tablet, phone... or maybe a little bit of everything?

We'dlike to learn more about which devices you prefer for Farmerama and how
you use mobile devices when tending your farm.

Whether you're a computer-only Farmer or regularly check your fields from your
phone or tablet, we'd love to hear from you!

There are no right or wrong answers — we're simply interested in how you like to
play Farmerama.

Even if you only play on one device, your answer is useful to us.

The more Farmers who participate, the better we'll understand how our community
plays the game.

Hi, I am a computer only farmer and I play on a browser. Firefox or Microsoft edge as they work best for me.

 

I play on a computer, via Chrome. It has never worked for me on a mobile, I didn't know that was even an option - it would be handy if it worked though, when I'm on holiday.

 

I only play on my PC using Chrome browser. There were issues at times in the past, but for the past several months, everything is working fine.

 

PC user too, I prefer to use the standalone client. It offers a better playing experience that any browser on my pc.

 

I use my laptop and I use browser. I use mobile phone occasionally, when I do not have laptop with me and I want to collect daily gift, perhaps send gifts to neigbours and sometimes I grow event plants.

 

I also only use a pc and on a browser.

 

My farming is almost entirely using the Chrome browser on a Windows desktop computer. I occasionally use Chrome remote desktop to access Farmerama on that desktop computer from a tablet.

 

The mobile version has never worked for me but I wish it would so that I could use that option occasionally. I play online via browser on my computer. I do not use the standalone client as it makes it much easier for BP to harvest private data and share/sell with third parties, etc. Not that they don't do that via browser too of course even if you opt out, but it's much more invasive with the standalone client.

 

PC running windows 10 pro, Chrome is the only browser that works well enough to use. On my iphone, i use chrome but it often refreshes the entire page and sometimes i have to close chrome to even get back into farmerama.

 

Only PC for me with Firefox or Edge if Firefox doesn't work and that is almost never.

 

PC, standalone client. I can't get the game to play on my Lenovo tablet, probably not enough memory. I used Firefox for years before the client became available. Gameplay is very smooth for me.

 

I use a laptop PC (Windows 11) and Firefox for most of my playing, but when there are challenges, I switch to the freestanding client version. I used to use the Beta Android version to manage harvesting when away from home, but found that the events were not consistently made available through this method. The android browser from the phone is too small for harvesting even with the premium farmer options in place.

 

I usually play on laptop but I did download the mobile app which has since been withdrawn. The mobile app was just beginning to work for me too but never mind, I like the laptop, I find it easier to do most farming chores.

I play my main farm on Chrome and that is the farm I relate to in the survey.

My other two farms do not work quite as well, I have to square both of them up after logging in (top is too low, right side too far over). Plus, at times, when I have logged in to these, I am unable to move to another part of the farm without refreshing. This does not cause me much trouble as I don't do much on these farms. On one I use Edge and the other I use Firefox.

 

I generally prefer playing the game via the client on my laptop; I avoid using the browser because I have eye issues and the screen looks too small to me. If it is possible to add a full-screen option to the browser version, please do so; also, it is great that you are asking us players for feedback.

 

I play exclusively on my laptop. I do not use standalone client.
