I can't find the Crypt Vase

Hi,
I got a Crypt Vase when I finished Mushroom Forest 1, Task 1/4. But I can't find it anywhere. Where is it?

You can find it in your inventory, choose for consumable items (tab with crates). After that Artisan products

OK I understand, but when I got it (Task 1/4), I searched for it EVERYWHERE but could not find it I contacted Support and they say I have used it but I am 100% sure I have not, since I could not find it. Support said that the Crypt Vase is a crafting item... So now I am more confused

 

It is a crafting item. It gives 20% more EP for Full Moon plants, trees and stables for 10 hours.
If you have the florist open you can make it in level 2 after you bought the receipe in Jack's shop

You won the Crypt vase on the 2026-10-10 at 17:14:16 CEST. You used it on 2026-10-10 at 20:44:17 CEST.
On 2026-10-16 at 13:53:07 CEST you completed Step 2 Level diamond. You won a Terror Bouquet, which is in your inventory.

What do you mean used it? If you mean that I clicked on the Crypt Vase to activate it I did not do that because I could not find it anywhere. Yes I have Terror Bouquet in my inventory. No problem I now have three and I think I used one Terror Bouquet a few days ago. Maybe thats why it looks "in your system" that a Crypt Vase is use? But the Crypt Vase has never been in my inventory and I have never clicked on it because I could not find it...

The Crypt Vase can be activated like any other crafting product, either through the consumable inventory, the pantry section of the Barn or using your Buff bar to add a slot directly.

As stated you finished Level 1 Task diamond and used it on the same day as shown in the above post. You have used a Terror Bouquet on 2026-10-11 at 19:31:41 CEST and 2026-10-09 at 13:36:55 CEST.

I am sorry you do not remember activating the Crypt Vase, but as you have already been told by Support the same thing as our records show, there is nothing further we can do.
