    I recently discovered by chance that in the current Edelweiss Valley event I am unable to purchase a cloud row, while on another account it is available for purchase.
    Could this please be checked?
    Do I need to continue playing in order to unlock and buy this cloud row, and if so, how many tickets will I need?
    Could you please look into this for me?

    Hello Boeretrien

    You can unlock it in level 10 but you can buy it only once. If you have bought it before ,you can't buy it again

    I haven't bought that cloud, but it's not showing up as something I can buy either.

    Should I contact support about this?

    The Edelweiss items are awarded as soon as you reach the required level, you do not need to purchase anything. You have both cloudrows as shown below:

    You can find them by typing "alpine" in the search bar.
