error in the numbers

    Could you take a look at my game? I can't complete the level because the number I purchased isn't appearing.

    Since I didn't receive a response from you, I had to purchase the same number a second time by providing the map again.

    Hello alibabakirkharamiler,

    You have not provided information about which game in which tower you are referring to. Having a look at your account, I can see you used the "reveal" tab which revealed a number 3 in the middle tower.

    You cannot buy specific numbers. When you use the reveal tab, it reveals a number randomly in the grid.

    At the time, I was stuck in a game session riddled with errors; assuming you could access my account to see details like my current level or progress, I didn’t feel the need to note them down separately. When I didn’t receive a response from you, I repurchased the item—labeled "2" (which hadn’t appeared in the first place)—so that I could continue playing. Consequently, by the time you checked the situation, the issue had already resolved itself, and I had moved on to other levels.
