    hi.
i just came to know that Olive Garlic Pesto gives 25% for giver items.
1: i was wondering is there any other artisan product which give extra % for giver items?
2: which other things increase the EP from these EP giver items?

There are no other crafting product solely that offer extra EP/TEP for Deco items. If you go through the list you will see there are ones that give EP/TEP bonuses (Sweet Rose jam, Spring wreath etc.) They will also increase the EP/TEP of givers.
You can win EP/TEP bonuses from FSQ/Events that give extra EP/TEP also.

Can I assist with anything further?

Yes, if they just say EP/TEP bonus, they give an overall EP/TEP for everything harvested.
