Chili Weather run!

I am just waiting for the mill to finish (about an hour) and then will have everything needed to complete.

I thought I would give everyone a good laugh too: On one of my little farms I was breeding the required Brown Cows. As I had Jumps I still needed just ONE brown cow. I left three pens out and went away, then wondered why I got all jumps till I realised I had put BROWN cows in the pens instead of ordinary cows . Three Pens - twelve Brown Cows wasted. Oh well, I have now got all I need on all my farms. Later today, when I have time, I will complete the quest.

I'm glad you were able to correct your boo-boo. I did something like that in the cuckoo breeding last time.

 

I'm in the same spot. Have everything but my last 4 sauces that the mill is working on. Glad to have my cloud row!!! Couldn't resist the stars since I had all the breeding animals.

 

I have calculated that I want to harvest 6 more times to get the cloud row so in the end of this weekend I will be able to get it

 

Except waiting for the sauce to finish in spite of myself I am done. Only needing 3 cocoas I put 4 in a pen, then I needed 7. Managed to plant blackberries 3 times on 1 field instead of event crop. Fingers really misbehaving last few days lol. Good luck to all still trying to get to the finish line and congrats to all who have finished!

I am waiting for my last lot of event crop harvest and I will get the 'chili cook off' to complete the cloud row. I am not doing any of the other bits as I headed straight for the BEP !

 

Snap - I have a field of Blackberries growing as we speak!!! Should have been a 6 hour crop.

Watch out when you complete as the Harvester are NOT coupons. I made that mistake on the first level but am keeping the other two till tomorrow when I sort out my fields after my CAC runs out.

 

But I'm not into blood, darling! I'm more of a mummy! Ramses (XXXIV, don't forget)was a good "wrapper" and a good friend of mine (uh-uh, uh-uh).
I can't remember... Which kind of prenup agreement did we negotiate?

Well, with my compulsion to have old items, I think I'll ship them all and design Suzee's garden as vintage!

Done! Except brown cows. I bred some animals in excess, sold them and got myself a candy goat plus a rambo goat.

My cloud row is now kicking! Yoo-hoo!

 

Those extra CAC that were awarded for the event have already made their appearance in the market. CAC is 20k less than normal. SRJ still holding at normal prices but they will probably drop too.

That's why they are so cheap! Inn my market they are "only" 10k less than normal. I just got the CAC recipe, but think I will buy some for resale when next event starts

Finally Finished!!!! RL interrupted every chance it could, but managed to finish the whole event. Also was able to sell some brown animals and make some nice coins.

Got the cloud row on all of my farms. I only did the cows on this one and it wasn't worth it. I would have been better off selling the cows. For the trees I got starfruit, pom, XL cocoa and XL banana.

Since I was finished & my neighbors are higher level than me, figured they were done, so no SOS thread anymore? Thought I'd see if anyone needed anything before I send regular gifts out.

There is an SOS thread, but no one has posted there. I don't think many will need help with drops for this event. The average of 110 per day is not very high (and now the event has been extended with a day) and low level players can't participate anyway.

I think prices will go down as most people who fail to complete, due to reasons, opt to cash out on the sales. Also, as more people finish, say by Sunday, demand will drop and supply will rise. Simple economics dictates that prices fall in that instance. But then, I ain't noEconomist...



True Bhodho ........ I sold mine at higher prices and now waiting for last day to buy back at lower prices and then to complete the diamond level ....... Fingers crossed ...

 

In fact, in my mkt, prices have gone sharply up. Roasters from 24/25 to 31/32K CCs, cocoas from 30/31 to 42 and brown cows from 35/40 to 58/65. It would surprise me if they fell tomorrow too much. Typically (it happened every single time bred animals were involved in events), prices made holes to any roofs towards the end of the event. But, well, of course, I may be wrong.
